  1. The headlights were one of the better bits on mine.Hello from a fellow newbie.
  2. Ohh my god not even in my teen years could I have come close to this. It's the eqivelent to the replica Rob Halford (Judas Priest) leather jacket that a middle aged man showed me recently!!!
  3. Don't laugh but I did this on my vauaxhall combo and the difference disappered after around 10k (or I got used to it).Think it's down to the sensor providing better info to the engine managment system which runs more efficiantly.
  4. If you get auto ones sorted I'm interested.
  5. It's on ebay at the mo for £1600.If it dosn't sell I may take £1500 but no lower.I'll keep it otherwise.Far to good to give away.Be wishing I'd kept it next winter.

My supra went into the paintshop. For a new bomber front and various paint repairs + buff up.The lads did my 65 splitscreen vw van it only took two years.Right now I'm imagining them blarting it round the streets of the wirral, engine screaming with a couple of the local wh*res in the back seat. Setting off the speed camaras and then attending the local cruise and smoking the rear tyres to oblivion. Why did I give it to them WHY.... when I could have been doing all the above myself
  7. Just found the joys of this today lying under the car in the rain!.How easy is it to replace the whole line can anyone talk me through it.
  8. Go on then make me an offer
  9. Am I going to have the same problem if I go from standard wheels to 18s?
  10. X reg 2000 Vauxhall Combo van..83,000 miles religiously serviced by me and previous owner Swansea council. Recent brake pads and discs and drums, cambelt, lambda sensor.Needs nothingJust serviced. Oil,filter, plugs, mot'd this week passed first time for the third year running..Good condition, looking for £1800 with it being an lpg and a real cheap run around.Photos available.Taxed till September.Deserves a good home.
  11. According to wikipedia quote -Toluene also poses similar problems as alcohol fuels, as it eats through standard rubber fuel lines and has no lubricating properties as standard gasoline does, which can break down fuel pumps and cause upper cylinder bore wear. Err no thanks.

I picked up my first Supra and drove it back from London around 200 miles,Didn't see another Supra all day.Millions of questions but most will be answered by the search button.A few observations. Why would anyone want to own a Supra in London, couldn't wait to get outta there!.Wheres the boot?.Whats bankrupcy like?Which ******* loony decided to build something so fast whoooooooh I've only ever driven a 1.6 before.Thankfully being elderly (45) I never took it above 90.What a machine if only it did more MPG it would be perfect. One of the best looking cars ever.I wanted one in 93 and no way was I ever going to be able to afford it.I had a volvo 360 and I thought that was a good car!!!.Yes I will be very careful in the wet.The cost of running it will hurt but I'm going to hang in as long as possible.Oh it's a N/A auto import. It needs some body work but mechanically seems A1 well looked after.Buy for now
