I actually spoke to Ste about this when we were having a Cuppa, I was originally going to go to this with the MR2OC, but unfortunatley it's the day of my Uncle's Wedding, An I Couldn't even think twice about missing it considering he was the one that introduced me to Toyota's with his GT4! Just thought I'd introduce myself, I'm Charlie from East London, Living around the Waltham Forest Area! Formly owned an MR2 - I was always very keen to do things different, I didn't want a turbo yet, so I wanted to see what I could get out of an N/A MR2, after quite a few £££ spent, I had cams installed, a full system, manifold, performance serviced etc, and manage to have it producing 196 bhp, which i was extremely impressed by. Sold her up straight away after I saw Sted's Supra, and was lucky enough to snap up a top notch car, from a top notch owner! Both Lynzz and Ste were very honest over the phone, due them being 4 1/2 hours away, so I had to put alot of faith into people I had only just spoke to. So last week I made the 2 hour Journey to meet Half way to Meet Ste at his Sisters place, and Instantly fell in Love with her ( That's the Supra, not Ste's Sister. ) So With Ste's CD of "Techno Techno Techno" left in the CD Player we made The Journey Back, and I had my old man following me in his Merc ( Which have ridiculously bright lights I may add, causing me to have temporary blindness for 2 hours ) And he quoted " There were people trying to cut me up, just to get behind and have a look at the car" - Ste had cleaned it up very nicely indeed, a true car enthuaist. I Have quite a few plans for the Supra, Despite it being an N/A ( Very much considering a Turbo Transplant possibly early start of 2010), but for the time being I want to see how well I can do Performance gain wise, Similair to what I did with the MR2, so she goes on the Rolling Road at the weekend! I did give her a clean on the Sunday, but as usual it rained during the week, and I managed to pick up some snap shots the other night whilst wait for the GF to finish work. I hope to be Involved with meets and Events in the near future. Oppologise for the rather large introduction, and if i rambled abit. Just a very happy Bunny ..With a cold ... Cheers!

If you weren't abit of a journey, I'd be very much interested in starting Tae Kwon-do, i did semi-professional boxing for 3 years, and wanted to learn a second martial art to get involved with the cage fighting scene. Recommend any club more East London/Essex Way ?

Sounds like your going down a similair route to myself, just going for a completely ripped look for the summer/holiday

I do suppose, It's more related around the type of areas you got out in, Places such as Romford/Loughton/Epping are more the "middle-upper" area, where as the Oneil's i go to is situated in a area renowned for crime, hoodys and knives, basically low lives. But it is in this particular area, i suppose when people carry knives and what not, size/age/height go out the window.

I would recommend taking them as you get back into it, will help alot with your muscle repair. Therefore allowing you to build up your routine quicker, rather than not have been for say 6 months, hitting the gym for a big one, and have to take the next day off due to muscles not being fully repaired!

Cyclone also make what i take, ProMax Extreme, Reason i take Promax, over cyclone, is because it purely focuses on weight gain, with muscle repair. I think cyclone was like a balanced shake to make sure you got all aspects i.e protein etc

You can actually take Creatine Tablets, What im currently trying at the momment, take 3 before training, then 3 after, along with your protein shake, directly when you come out.

I couldn't agree more with this statement, i absoloutley can confirm with "When you get big seems guys wanna take down the big guy" My dad always used to tell me this when i was younger, as i was very tall. After a year or two of working out, I Can't go to a club, or even out to a bar with friends/gf without getting trouble, I have been to the same place around 6 times now, its a local "O'neils" Chain, and i have had trouble all 6 times. Really gets on my nerves.

Your arms don't look " Skinny" Could be a decieving pic with the mirror etc, but they dont. I would suggest laying off your arms, and focus more on Lats/Traps/Chest, Would work extremely well with the size of your arms.

Judging only on the photo I've just seen, I take it your not the tallest person in the world? Combining your size and weight. If its weight your looking to gain, i found the ProMax Extreme range worked really well, considering my metablism makes it real hard to gain, but with getting my head down, i got from 10.6, to 13.3st and im 6,6ft. It should be abit easier if your a tad smaller.

Have spoken to Ste & Lyndsey Who i must say are very nice people, Will be leaving a Deposit with them very shortly and If all goes to plan, I could very well be a Supra owner in a week or two! The White did it for me, Especially on Ste's car, struck me from the word go!

That's a nice relief to an extent, There really isn't many active sales out there, which arn't 5 hour drives. I suppose at the end of the day, the more patience you have the more you will be rewarded!
