Im not sure if they were white, but im guessing they wouldnt of been yellow from the factory. Yeah i think it is sun discolouration, ill give hydrogen peroxide a go, cheers.

The heater dash buttons in my car have faded from the nice clear white colour they were from the factory, to a yellowy colour. Anybody know any methods for remvoing the yellowing and getting it back to a nice crisp clear colour? Cheers, Ash.

Just been cleaning and polishing the engine bay in mine, looks pretty good now. Polish on the paint, and Back to Black on the air intake stuff. Got the battery side to do another time

Regarding the BMC stopper, how does it attach to the actual bmc. Ive just been out to look at mine, and expected to see a threaded hole in the end of it, but theres just like a little cut-out bit there. Just been looking at this picture from above http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/7042/attachmentphpib1.jpg and it looks like the red plate just presses againt the end of the bmc, is this correct, or does it actually screw into it? Cheers.

Where is the 'give' in the mirrors please, do you mean they can be moved slightly when touched, if you know what i mean.

Ok ill give it a go then, did you remove the washer jet too? Im guessing its a case of snipping the wire going to the washer motor which feeds the rear jet.

Thinking about smoothing out my rear wiper, so im guessing it will still pass an MoT if i delete my rear wiper and rear washer jet? Cheers.

Ive just ordered some HB3 6000K from eBay for £29.99 lol, i really hope they are ok. Usually i dont buy the cheapest. I did actually buy some from Knight-Racer last week, but 8000K arrived and i had to send them back, and he had no 6000K in stock So i just thought of eBay lol.

There are loads of 6000K and above on the roads now, the police shouldnt stop you for 6K, i have just bid on some on eBay for £30, so going to give them a try.

I thought the same when i got my new water pump... i thought when i started my car up, the coolant would come pouring out the pipe lol, but Chris Wilson told me what it was for so its all good.

I was going to get some for £60 from a proper dealer website, but they actually look good, looks like the same wiring loom as the ones from Knight-Racer as far as i can tell, and the same brackets. But the ballast looks different.

Ok thats good then, can you post pictures of where the Ballasts are, so when i get mine i can just stick them straight in. How are you trying to upload them? Will ImageShack do it? Thats who i use.

I was going to get cheaper ones from ebay, but i would rather spend a bit more and get the ones Budz86 has got, and have them next day delivery, with 1 years warranty, and an english company just incasee.
