  1. Prov sold for £2900, not bad but a little under what i first expected to get.
  2. Well it didnt sell, Any ideas why? Starting price was £2500, but i would of thought that was low for a starting price?
  3. Last few hours on eBay now: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1994-Toyota-Supra-N-A-Manual-LSD-and-1-year-MoT-/320537008744?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item4aa17e9a68
  4. Willing to take offers below £4K
  5. Just got at MoT'd and is passed straight through, so now has an MoT until 21st May 2011.
  6. I will definately miss the head turning looks of the Supra! Cheers, just want it to now so i can get behind the wheel of the Audi!
  7. I got an Audi S3, just fancied a change. 52 Plate, 221 BHP version, but i think a remap is on the cards to 260BHP But yeah i need the Supra to go now so i can get the Audi on the road.
  8. I now have my car up for sale on PistonHeads, so i thought id post the advert up on here also. The car is up for £4K, however as i now have my new car being delivered on Friday, i am open to offers. Here is the advert: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1728454.htm Cheers, Ash.
  9. Well cheers for all you help guys, but i went to see an Audi S3 today, and purchased it. Got a good finance deal with 1 years MoT, tax, and £600 off the price. However, he only offered £1500 for my car on p/x, so its now going up for sale. I know im going to get nagged for getting an Audi / selling the Supra, but i just wanted something newer, and with more space. Ill be putting my car on PistonHeads and on here too so watch this space!
  10. I got £2104 with the postcode you used, something is wrong here lol.
  11. Yeah my mum was on the policy too, cant believe the bloody postcode though lol. Do you mind if i try your postcode just to see if its that.
  12. Admiral results - for a TT = £3064 - for an N/A = £2292
  13. WTF i dont get that lol, thanks for trying it out for me mate Ill try Admiral again now and let you know the result. Was the quote you did for na or tt?
  14. My car is stock appart from alloys and exhaust which the insurance knows about. Rob - ok so its not cheaper lol, i just fancied a newer car, but now im in two minds again.
  15. Oh yeah i have tried all of them, there all sky high, im just saying i need to try more.
  16. Im 21 living in North Lincolnshire (Scunthorpe), a good area i would say, never been burgled. However, my parents have just bought a new house in a village called Redbourne so that might lower it on the postcode side. I passed my test 4 years ago today, thus meaning i have 4 years no claims too. I have an SP30, which happened in Dec 2006. I really dont know why my insurance has gone up Ill have to try some more companies tomorrow.
  17. If i took out the insurance for my Supra next year at £2200, do you think it will increase a lot if i get a TT engine transplant from somebody like Keron? Getting a transplant will be cheaper than buying an Audi S3, and obviously faster, but its just the f**cking insurance!!
  18. It is stupid but i suppose i agreed it at the start of the policy. The S3 wasnt road worthy to test drive lol - was still being prepped, why do they advertise it on the website if i cant go and test drive it!!! :@
  19. Haha yeah I was thinkin if I did crash just damage the odo in some way lol. I think I want a change anyway though Tbh, Ive always liked the s3 models, and after owning a supra Na there is a good chance I would buy a tt later on in life sometime. But the test drive could make me stick to the na anyway.
  20. Dont know where Parkers got 1050KG from, 1500kg then lol
  21. Test driving an S3 tomorrow so that will make my mind up.
  22. Yeah its an agreed mileage limit at the start of the policy. I just got the figures from the Parkers website.
  23. Well ive almost reached my insurance mileage limit for this year, so today i rang up Adrian Flux to increase it, but they cant increase it, so they want me to start a whole new policy which i going to cost £2200 - more than last years quote!! So this got me looking around the net for other cars, as i was in a bad mood with the Supra (even though its not its fault hehe). Really interested in the Audi S3's now, and i can get insured for £1400. They have 225BHP standard, 4 wheel drive, and only weigh 1 tonne. And i can get a remap to 260BHP approx for less than £400. I have liked owning the Supra over the past 8 months, but i think its time for a change, something more subtle. Any advice on an asking price i could put it up for please? Its a 1994, Manual, with LSD, 77,000 Miles, 4x new shockers, 4x good tread tyres, 6K Xenons, Standard body. I was hoping for £4K???
