I'm just being a jackass. Yer I had a totally different issues/s with mine when the material melted. I never had bearing problem, although my clutches weren't on long enough to get bearing problems lol. Although if i did the light wheel rattle most probably would have cancelled the noise out..

I had issues with Competition Clutch bud.. MANY ISSUES. My mate at that owns his own tuning workshop says to stay away from Spec clutchs.. My advice.. RPS is the one to go for

Thanks very much for the comments peps, feels great when hard work gets appreciated. Originally heckler did them, but then I changed a few (put some red ones in) and replaced some dead l.e.d's. lol I know, I'm terrible. It would be telling if I were to tell you what was next But as you asked so nicely. Next up I will be testing uprated gearbox mounts for a company, fitting uprated bush's and engine mounts And i will make a nice picture thread for all you picture whores

Hay all. With my Dash2 finial working 100% I thought I'd post up how I made the surround. I still need to make a nice alloy cage to hold the Dash2 rather than it being duct taped in from behind but It will look no different to how it looks now. The process took a week or 2 and a LOT of effort. I actually dropped off to sleep while sanding this down with the panel in one hand and the sanding block in the other as it exhausted me so much. lol http://imageshack.us/a/img585/6082/20120817205741.jpg After I marked out the size of a Dash2 on the panel my mate had to cut it out for me as I have a hand as steady as jelly http://imageshack.us/a/img11/3494/20120818204150.jpg And after I had sanded the edges nice and smooth for a snug fit (see its taking shape now ) http://imageshack.us/a/img402/1861/20120820094714.jpg Noe for the tricky part, applying the carbon. The trial rear is designed for an exhaust that sits and an angle. I'd recommend HKS super silent. Sounds awesome. Fitted in mine pretty well. My motor went but in the heat. But there was no sound at all so listy is right there I think. Take the door card off (its dead easy) and try to assist the window by putting your hand on the glass flat palmed and then flick the switch to see if that helps. Only idea I have really.
