  1. Thanks all. Steve I didn't know you can change the refresh time for the fuel?
  2. Yer Ryan is silly busy with the amount of work he does.. Give Race Technologies an e-mail. Very helpful bunch Not saying Ryan isn't of course as he is extremely helpful, just very busy
  3. I'm just being a jackass. Yer I had a totally different issues/s with mine when the material melted. I never had bearing problem, although my clutches weren't on long enough to get bearing problems lol. Although if i did the light wheel rattle most probably would have cancelled the noise out..
  4. Thanks bud. I will make a proper video sometime of the car. Thanks for sharing on facebook There pretty nifty shane. when the guys at work says "damn its cold today" I always respond with "My inlet manifold temp when I got in the car was -2" or whatever the temp is at the time
  5. I rate Paul at enfield if your stuck..
  6. Jesus looks like its been in the sea for the past decade!!!
  7. I had issues with Competition Clutch bud.. MANY ISSUES. My mate at that owns his own tuning workshop says to stay away from Spec clutchs.. My advice.. RPS is the one to go for
  8. Can't believe this falls on my Sunday I'm working and I'm only 45 mins away
  9. No mate, maybe spraying it a darker grey or blue again Thanks Supra P-Z
  10. Gutted to hear this mate. And I felt done over with a fake xbox seller for £120. Nice one for the heads up. Have you reported to facebook to get there page brought down?
  11. Thanks very much for the comments peps, feels great when hard work gets appreciated. Originally heckler did them, but then I changed a few (put some red ones in) and replaced some dead l.e.d's. lol I know, I'm terrible. It would be telling if I were to tell you what was next But as you asked so nicely. Next up I will be testing uprated gearbox mounts for a company, fitting uprated bush's and engine mounts And i will make a nice picture thread for all you picture whores
  12. how dare you! lol. Go for it. Its the best best I could come up with.. Thanks but each to there own I guess. A lot of people like it. Some may not.. I don't think it does it much justice with the strange angle of the shot..
  13. And with it all fitted into the car http://imageshack.us/a/img145/9749/20120911171123.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img442/867/20120911171129.jpg And the Dash2 finally working properly http://imageshack.us/a/img687/4995/20121023155216.jpg Thanks for looking and I hope you all like Was my first time using fiberglass and carbon Thanks Paul
  14. Hay all. With my Dash2 finial working 100% I thought I'd post up how I made the surround. I still need to make a nice alloy cage to hold the Dash2 rather than it being duct taped in from behind but It will look no different to how it looks now. The process took a week or 2 and a LOT of effort. But was worth it in the long run. 1st up was to take off the original clock surround and grind off the lips. http://imageshack.us/a/img198/5794/20120815194836.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img716/909/20120815194841.jpg Next up was to fibreglass over the top http://imageshack.us/a/img197/5281/20120815211928.jpg Once the resin was hardened time to get my grinding skills out again to cut off all the outer fibreglass http://imageshack.us/a/img194/2397/20120816194616.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img196/4250/20120816194624.jpg As the fibreglass sinks I need to use filler to fill up what remained of the holes http://imageshack.us/a/img26/5048/20120816200623.jpg Smooth it off and time for some more filler http://imageshack.us/a/img842/5687/20120816203138.jpg After plenty of elbow grease and hard work the front panel is now even and dead smooth! I actually dropped off to sleep while sanding this down with the panel in one hand and the sanding block in the other as it exhausted me so much. lol http://imageshack.us/a/img585/6082/20120817205741.jpg After I marked out the size of a Dash2 on the panel my mate had to cut it out for me as I have a hand as steady as jelly http://imageshack.us/a/img11/3494/20120818204150.jpg And after I had sanded the edges nice and smooth for a snug fit (see its taking shape now ) http://imageshack.us/a/img402/1861/20120820094714.jpg Noe for the tricky part, applying the carbon. Using real carbon off a roll we then used the same resin as the fibreglass over the top and epoxy underneath to stick the carbon making sure the weaving remained straight. http://imageshack.us/a/img18/7780/20120820192727.jpg Then I cut the hole in the middle and sanding to whole thing smooth to start applying the lacquer http://imageshack.us/a/img687/7225/20120905184658.jpg After many nights of sanding back and lacquering I finally got the finish I worked so hard for to get http://imageshack.us/a/img11/2761/20120906223016.jpg And with the actual Dash2 in to check that it all fitted nicely. Some small sanding needed doing. http://imageshack.us/a/img856/2148/20120906224814.jpg
  15. Ello fellow Bedfordshireman.. Were about in Bedfordshire you from?
  16. The trial rear is designed for an exhaust that sits and an angle. I'd recommend HKS super silent. Sounds awesome. Fitted in mine pretty well. But every fibreglass mould is a little different so expect to do a little trim. http://imageshack.us/a/img209/9877/20120226145202.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img171/9639/20120226145220.jpg
  17. My motor went but in the heat. But there was no sound at all so listy is right there I think. Take the door card off (its dead easy) and try to assist the window by putting your hand on the glass flat palmed and then flick the switch to see if that helps. Only idea I have really.
  18. Your Supra looks pukka mate
