  9. Small update on this. Before moving the battery cable to the starter I thought Id try a battery booster pack and the car started every time without fail. With the booster pack off ands its back to the normal problem so I dont think its the way its wired up, but could still be a ground issue?
  10. The cal switch changes to advanced traction control. 1 Being traction control off to 8 being almost a snow setting. Then the touchan screen will be used for your different maps But I guees if u didnt want the cal switch at all that wont be an issue and have the different traction control settings within each different map like you have now.
  11. i have a similar issue. let me know how u get on. With me i need to add a little throttle to get it started
  12. I tried an earth using the rear seats and now its on the 10mm earth at the back of the boot. Id like to earth it in that big bolt were the the spare wheel was were I have seen people have used before but I can't get it undone. I think its welded Its the Halfords HBC005 and Halfords exchanged it yesterday in case that was the issue. Thats quite a strong battery so it should be fine
  13. I have just done my battery relocation to the boot with 0 gauge cable. Car runs fine but I have serious problems regarding starting the car. My problem is it comes across like a slightly flat battery when I turn the car over and I need to give a little throttle to get it started. HOWEVER when I put a battery starter pack on the terminals the car starts every time without fail. So It has to be the earth I used on the battery. I can't undo the big bolt under were the spare wheel was. I really hope that what it is. As using the power pack it was perfect..
  14. I used this and its very... very.. good. With lots of read outs and options!! http://www.blitz-uk.co.uk/ProductItem-2282.aspx Paul gets them http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/blitz-2094.html
  15. Any more peps interested in going, I will be there meeting strangers lol..
  16. Twist my arm and you can have mine.. Will be a BIG twist though
  17. Hi Frank. Its a no go back mod. Wires have been cut off ect... Thanks for you input anyway dude. Its odd as its just needs the smallest throttle assistance to get it started. I have ordered different batter terminals that another member used on his relocation to see if that helps.
  18. Hi Chaz. Yes I have used the 10mm nut at the back of the boot. I also tried the rear seat bolt to the chassis, And then tried double earthing it using the rear seat bolt and the 10mm nut. I am using 0 gauge wire.
