  3. Wondering if anyone would be interested in my whifbitz oil catch tank. Great condition £100 + £10 delivery Paul Sorry change of plans, item is no longer available
  4. could be interested in things until i see pics not sure..
  5. The smell was coming from the oil catch can filter as the breather pips from the excuse and inlet cams go into the tank causing excessing oil vapours going into 1 tank. I found this out by taking the filter off and using some hose I had spare extending the filter further down past the bulk head. Fuel smell now gone. So now I need to find a more permanent solution to this rather than a load of silicone pipes I used.
  6. More of a thread for future reference for people as there was no close up pics and whether there ok with Carbon or fibre glass bonnets. All fitted fine and supports the fibre glass hood well, all closes with no issues Paul hood struts have a real nice finish and for under £100 its a mod thats well worth it. Excuse the unclean engine bay, but some pics Thanks Paul
  7. Update. Blocking the fuel breather pipe didn't help. Going to reconnect to the wheel arch pipe
  8. Blocking the pipe didn't help sadly. When the blower is on hot i still get the petrol smell. only area i the engine that smells fuel is the air filter from the oil catch tank. will run a pipe to thr bottom of thr car were the catch tank filter goes. And will report back
  9. Hi Chris. Mine is fine. I'm after one to send off to be polished as my new pulleys are going on soon. I can't take mine off to be sent as my Supra is my daily runner..
  10. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?329799-Venom-780cc-Injectors-x-6-Any-offers-welcome
  11. how did u get the headunit that far in mate?
  12. Hey gang. After a TT belt tensioner, after one cheap, doesn't need a pulley. PM if you have one. Thanks Paul This part:
  13. I was wondering if anyone has a simlar issue with there rear window. I get excessive moisture that builds up in no time. At times it even has water drips that run down it from so much moisture build.up.
  14. ok thanks david. blocked off bow. will.see how it goes
  15. I removed the charcoal tank a while back now and redirected the fuel line into the wheel arch line that was connected to the bottom of the tank. Never got a fuel smell. Until recently after my remap with bigger injectors I have a potent smell, Especially when my blowers are on. This could be with more fuel its using the fuel vapour is more? Just an unlikely thought so I'm going to block the fuel tank vent pipe as suggested by David, but for a few days and see if theres a difference. If not I will reconnect the rerouteing pipe. Were does the line from the bottom of the charcoal tank go to any way??
  16. Thanks for all the advice chaps. I think for the sake of £70 or so i may go for the mishimoto wiring kit for it kinda would have liked to take advantage of syvecs. My email romain and ask him if it can be controlled via it easier.
  17. Were did you add it too? I cant remember if the mishimoto rad had a spare hole for one. May have.. And what temp control sensor did you use? Thanks
  18. Hey all. Im lookinh at getting a mishimoto twin fan rad kit. They do a fan controller but I have read somewhere it just need relays to wire it in. As the large oem fan runs off the pully would it wire into the smaller fan that uses a plug. Any advice be appriciated Thanks
  19. ok will blank it off and check. Cant find any leaks and the afr is spot on.. Thanks
  20. happy with my mishimoto rad
  21. The tank has been removed for a little while. The fuel breather has been reloted to the line in the wheel arch. No fuel smell when i did that..
