  1. Looks like a clean Supra you have and welcome
  2. absolutely, no money no sale.
  3. It is plugged in if its the little grey box. I also replaced it the same time as the igniter. The link doesn't work fella.
  4. I think I may have a leaking brake master cylinder onto my servo? Levels seem ok.. But could explain the burning smell if it drips onto the manifold. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks Paul
  5. Would it be worth changing the cam position sensor too, for the sake of £70 they can cause ignition issues, and I think mine is leaking a little...
  6. Thanks for the reply chris, Lee and Romain have looked at the map and all is ok, I'm pretty sure that what Lee mainly looked at. The car behaved fine tonight (did about 10 miles) didn't give much boost to be on the safe side. Did feel a very little lumpy at points could have just been paranoia. Plugs are on there way, as a precaution. I would like to measure the voltage going to each coil during Idle. I may to that monday to see if they match. I have very little understanding of the coil pack wiring. I see wires coming in from the left and right side. The right side I assume if from the igniter and if I under stand you chis the right side are the grounds?
  7. Same wheels and bonnet as mine, I wonder If I could have his center caps as mine are looking a little shadey .. On a serious note glad hes ok, never seen it about though
  8. Thanks for the reply fellas. I have checked a lot of the wiring that goes to the coil back that had issues and i cant see anything. Im not sure what gount to check that you guys are mentioning. I have new plugs on the wat. Water temps are perfectly fine. I gave all my wiring in the dash a good tidy up and resoldering.. Been running these coils for years and no issues till now. Im guessing its either plugs or what you guys have mentioned with wiring
  9. This seem to be the most popular https://www.facebook.com/groups/supraforumseurope/
  10. I have replaced the igniter and damaged coil packs, car starts and runs fine no missfire, this morning when I started it I had a whining sound from the engine bay for a few seconds.
  11. Yer will work on it myself 1st, I don't think it will get to SRD or anywhere like that. It was new coil packs and there whifbitz ones. I haven running them over a year and have been fine. The syvecs side of things is fine, my mapper had a check and as the map will be set to teh ecu it wont just change. There's going to me a problem somewhere thats caused this issue..
  12. Thanks for the reply guys, Water temps are spot on. Fuel pressure reads fine at 3bar Sadly I wish I was showing off, this has ground at me well and truely Ok looks like I should check my wiring to the coils will do that. I did have all spark plugs out and cleaned them. They all seemed fine..
  13. Coming from My thread when I broke down : http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?334130-Broke-down-need-advice-on-why The reason my car completely conked out is because a ignition pack melted and then the igniter went. Well I replaced my ignition pack and igniter and the car started fine and drove like it once did. Until about 20 mins later I got a quick mild whiff of what I smelt when I broke down, thought it was me being super paranoid so popped onto my local bypass and gave it the beans to test, all ran how it should until I came of the bypass and I could then I was sure to smell the hot burning smell and then the very very mild smoke came from my vents and then pulled into my drive (as I live a 2 min drive from the bypass) Popped the bonnet and the heat was unreal. I'm 100% certain using my car will melt another ignition pack. So I daren't use the car, I have never had such an issue and before I broke down the car was totally fine for 7 hours on the road. this time I'm not running lean mode. The only thing I have done recent to the car is remove the rear wiper, 3rd brake light and taken my head unit out and had the front slam panel sprayed.. And on the 12th April I removed my catch tank breather and routed it to my intake pipe (which a load of people do) Which we went to japfest and back with no issues at all with it. When the mild smoke came from the vents 1st time around I took out my dash panels so its nothing behind there so its defiantly coming from the engine bay. Any advice would be awesome, I have put a recent pic of my engine bay incase you can spot something that isn't right. Thanks Paul Update. I have found were the smoke is coming from. I have a small oil leak on my turbo feed connector.. I have also replaced all plugs and coil packs. I will keep this thread updated
  14. I have the Galaxy S6 edge its its bloody brilliant..
  15. Low boost maps wont be lean maps.. Might be worth contacting your mapper, but sounds like it maybe worth going down the route of a different test station, might be worth just visiting else where and saying that there's no cat and if they can help
  16. Hey all, I have a HKS Type DLI Ignition Power Amplifier up for grabs there not easy to come by. Full working order just a dimmed power l.e.d which is common on these. £130 delivered. Thanks Paul
  17. I'm interested in this, never been to ace cafe before..
  18. Its cars 1991 or older that emissions don't matter. Do you have a lean mode for MOT purposes on a Syvecs calibration? I thought we all know people that can magically turn our cars into a KIA C'EED or something similar for 10 mins during an emissions test
  19. R7436-9 - 4899 Thats a great price on opie oils
  20. there was talk of it being about £45k
  21. Ok thanks fellas, Will freshen up my ones then.
  22. Hey all, I'm considering new wheels for my supra. I want to stick with the same style. 5 spoke grey preferably with a polished lip I'm not fussed about having split rim style bolts around the wheel. 19" and able to clear my brembo brakes. I really like the OZ crono III but there well out of my price range. Ideally budget is £800 tops just for the wheels as I have tyres already Any ideas would be appreciated. Maybe you can think of something that would sway me away from my preferences Thanks Pic of my car:
  23. After last week I'm not fussed about watching it again
  24. Bump, if anyone can help
