Yer id agree with you... Driving like a fool around other peoples cars isnt safe regarding damaging, if you cock up then some1 elses car will get ruined, in this case stone chips, next it could be someones bumper off... Donuts arent impressive in the slightest!!.... Just makes you looks like a complete sad act... Deffo not a banable thread mate, but maybe send him a polite PM rather that calling out names chap... Hi mate. Ok you need to remove the needles with a spoon either end the the centre of the needle like so: http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/5681/spoon1.jpg "Picture Courtesy of Heckler" then you need to put your cluster back in without the clear cover.... Now i have an app on my N900 that tells me what speed im doin via GPS and then put the needle on (best you have a mate tell you what speed your doin) Regarding the revs it tells me on my boost contoller what my RPM is no i maintained 2000RPM during idle and put the needle on pointing at 2000RPM AS you need to re calibrate you will need something pluged in to read the RPM Take the cluster back out.. put the clear cover back on and then your done

oh btw.. i now have a reversing beep.. never knew some of the clocks did that...

Well as some of you know if had a rite pig ear of an issue with my Speedo and tacho being temperamental and then finally just not working. After placing some "Wanted " posts and PM'ing members I got hold of a new cluster and transferred my dials, needle rests and recalibrated the needles (thanks to a free N900 app) and all is working well I decided to go back to the orange needles and I quite like it! Many thanks for everyone’s time Inc, Homer, Heckler, stevie b, Jamie P and most of all gixer_81 that contacted me and sold me some spare dials! It’s a relief that they’re working after months taking the cluster in and out trying new things.... I had an interest a few years back in one, but was never really overwelmed to get one. Feb 2009 my G60 blew so i desided to call it a day with that as it would have been about £2k to fix + i still needed to go management So i started to look. My main interest was a P1 until i got the insurance quotes!!! So i kept looking for the fastest car with a good insurance price. Finally i though "OH A SUPRA?" Got a quote at £380 fully comp.... So for me it was the insurance cost with the amount of power i was getting
