  1. Ok so I have no dash panel in the car at the moment as I'm getting some paint work done in it.. And I noticed something a little odd as i was driving it tonight in the dark.. When I stop driving I saw a little blinking red light, but when the car is in motion again it stops blinking. I then stop, and it blinking again? Its certainly after market and I can't think of anything I have had fitted that will have something to do with it, so I guess Mr Japanese man had it fitted as its cable tied, maybe a tracker of some sort? It has a transparent case about the size of the new Go Pro. This is is the best pic I could get.. I have put an arrow were the linking light is (you can see the red L.E.D)
  2. Is there any fuel filters better than the OEM Supra ones that flow better ect? Aftermarket or one from a Lexus ect?

  5. All completed Damaged track rod during recovery As the rear wheels locked and the engine was still going it snapped the prop. Alex and I replaced both track rods, gators and clips Alex Fitted some aftermarket rear diff bushes that I manged to get hold of. ] Diff back in I changed my shifter bushes to solid ones due to how worn my OEM ones were. What a pig it was to remove this. SRD uprated prop shaft on
  6. So a few of you know before xmas the Supra did a right number on me, but breaking one of the worst things to go, being the diff. Parts for them are very rare and expensive. One of the gears broke off during a launch wedging itself in the ring gear locking the wheels ruining the pinion and snapping the prop shaft well 3 months later and a solid day picking up completed parts and fitting, I finally have the on road with with an uprated prop, OS Giken diff, US spec pinion kit, solid shift bush and uprated rear diff bushes. A massive thanks to Lee Perryman and team at SRD for building my diff with some of the required parts so quickly, supplying me with the uprated SRD prop and all the advice. Paul Whiffin at Whibitz for supplying diff parts, the os giken diff and all the time taken with helping. Dan at my local Toyota for the pinon kit and track rods (damaged during recovery) And my work colleague (boss) Alex staying later after work yesterday to help with the start of the work on the car, me using his tools today and all the help with getting the stuff over the past few months. Well what else better than pictures now I guess. After removing the back plate, we found this Pinion trashed The remaining of the broken gear caused he damage to the pinon and crown I had the case sand blasted Os Giken Turned up Painted the case to prevent rusting and to make it look more presentable I also hand rubbed down the back plate to remove corrosion and painted that to suit the case Inner of the back plate all cleaned and inspected USA final drive kit Mt GF drove all my parts to Lee and the team at SRD to rebuild the diff
  7. Mine is single turbo and when its cold I get a fair bit but like DNK but with a faint oily smell, once is warmed up no probs.
  8. Yer shes not bad but to be honest she knows how this has got to me for not being mobile or having my car for 3 months.
  9. Thanks for the reply guys, its now in the hands of SRD. The GF kindly drove 3 hours to drop it off for me, and the Lads at SRD kindly waited.
  10. Hey all. I have a big case diff that needs building up. I have the Pinion, crown ring, OS Giken all bearings required for my diff build. Also the case have been all sand blasted, cleaned and I painted it so its all prepped ready to be done. The guys at work are just flat out so I may need help or need to take it somewhere to be built for me with all the back lash setting up ect. So was wondering if anyone know somewhere or offers that kind of service. Thanks Paul
  11. Thanks mate Yer the Pro is a good console, looking forward to GT7, how do you find Project cars with the controller? I couldn't get on with that game at all lol
  12. There was a cheap one on FB and ebay recently I think, there not worth massive amounts unlike big case
  13. Mine is nothing PC unique just hooked up to my 49" TV in front of the Sofa, have't PC gamed a lot recently last game was Fallout 4, I tend to use the PS4 Pro
  14. I may have one, whats the part number of the one you have?
  15. I have a vented bonnet on my daily with no vent covers, yer water water gets on all my shiny bits, but once a month I give the engine bay a polish.
  16. I conneted the fuel breather to the under pipe so it can still vent. Im sure david is correct but didnt want to blank the fuel tank beather. I did once and upon the removal of the blank the suction sound it made was suprising so for my own piece of mind I just linked it to the pipe that you will see upon removal underneith
  17. Such an odd looking bird when you think about it, beak looks so out of place lol
