  8. Hi Gang. I'm getting an alloy radiator fitted next week to my 6speed TT manual, would be it worth anything? Or would anyone that's reading this be interested in it? No cracks all in working order. Thanks Paul
  9. should do mate with a 265 30 R and a 225 35 F for the correct tyre size
  10. Talking from my personal experience I WOULDN'T. Im BPU, ok with a few extras. But I went OEM with a competition flywheel and the clutch started to slip after 7 months or so. Id go uprated clutch, I have a stage 4 competition clutch with competition lightened flywheel and it's working great!
  11. Yer I'm done with my job. I'm in retail management. I've had 2 promotions without pay rises, and I've been doing the managers position for a year and half. My job title is "Acting/trainee Manager" even though I've been doing it for ages. They refuse to pay me more also don't want to give me the official managers title and was only meant to be trainee for 6 months till I'd be made manager! Its ridiculous and drives me nuts with the amount sh!t I have to deal with. I recently had a review and they just came up with things like "Problem is Paul no one knows what's going on, I speak to Adam he doesn't know, I speak to Nick he doesn't know" ect. So I reply "In what what way know ones knows what's going on?" And to cut a long story short they couldn't answer me and tried to change the subject. After speaking to the other staff being Nick and Adam they said they never even spoke to the MD that was giving the review. So I haven't a clue were I truly stand and I see this going on for years! Sorry to go on there lol But I need out asap! My dream job will be building PC's, fixing them, but not in a shop more for a company that uses PC's, so I suppose IT support for business's. Or a trainee mechanic fitting big brakes, turbo's, exhausts etc.. But I don't know as much on how to do that over Pc's. But in all honesty Id do most thing if the opportunity came up If it means getting out of the company I'm with and retail. Sad thing is I don't actually "hate" my job its juts the principle of what's actually happening and they way there treating me after being with them for 8 years working well hard working my way up in the ranks. From bottom to top.
  12. I think the problem is there not "technically" trained with Netgear products so if there try and help and it goes wrong there to blame.
  13. ahhh thats yours is it? Wondering if it was a member, looks great pal
  14. Hay Gang. I picked one of these up last night (Thanks to Lee for letting me pick up in the evening and Jamie for selling it to me). I spoke to Paul about the wiring and all seems pretty straight forward to wire it up but wondered if anyone has any tips or pointers for wiring it up. Any extra help is always a bonus Thanks Paul
  15. I'm talking about Modern Warfare and Battlefield 3 Both games single players were pretty good I'd say and I'd give BF3 the win for that. But after many hours of playing the multiplayer side of the games I think there just irritating. What gets to me with MW3 is its the same as MW2 (which isnt so bad) but I wanted something a little new. BUT the most annoying thing is the statistics of of how quick players die. I empty a whole mag into some people and they don't die! And then they kill me with 2 shots in the gut! This happens 99% of the time and drives me nuts! BF3 is my 1st encounter with the BF franchise and the enemys aren't clear enough to see, they hardly ever show up on the map and there's nothing really to work towards for the amount of kills you make and the same when you get promoted. The weapon customisation takes FOREVER to unlock, and if you unlock it as a US solider it wont be unlocked if you get thrown into the other force! Ok I know there's people that will disagree with me but I just can't say what it did about Uncharted 3 "Its amazing" because the matter of the fact it both games are not. I'm a massive PC gamer fan, and have been playing 1st person shooters longer than I can remember but I feel that nothing new, original and fresh will become of 1st person shooters! Homefront was good I liked that it was new and had COD and BF strong points. Feel free to post up what you feel is better or if you have the same reasons that I feel let down and both were over hyped. Thanks Paul
