Surely simply only sending to the same address as the card holder, plus using a service that requires a signature upon delivery would be sufficient to (a) stop the tyres being ordered on a stolen credit card and (b) prevent the purchaser from claiming they were never delivered? Not really no , they deny that its their signature or sign a different signature , there are always losses for suppliers ,Im sure all suppliers on here have many stories of getting had over .....usually 4 digit fraud Can you deliver to my work address? is a good sign of - this could be hookey, Yes they should ONLY send to the card address , but they try to help people out , provide a service, send to workshops etc ... People have even waited outside the nicked cards address and taken delivery of stuff , the cards are often nicked at the post office sorting ,so they have an address ,,

But surely a bank or credit card statement are more sought after than a utility bill Dont know , cant you just pop in a bank with a card and just print one off?
-
They dont know who you are ,you can find a wallet with cards in , but unlikely to find a utility bill too I used to ask for copies of id cards and or passports for overseas shipments before shipping !! Once had an order in for 250 T shirts to send to Africa , the guy must have been clothing the whole village
-
Its because the amount of people who buy on line get the stuff delivered and then claim they didnt recieve the stuff , and promply claim back the money from the card provider . there are just as many scams from buyers of on line /remote sales stuff as there are sellers scams !! if delivered to a different address to the card holder the suppliers dont have a leg to stand on The card providers are very, very biased towards the card holder in any such disputes

we also had 3 of the 15 pack of cars pulled by the Filth, They actually took them to a Mobile VOSA tech bay and lifted the cars on a 4 poster ramp, All 3 of the cars failed on noise but that was it! Good to see tax payers money not being wasted then !! Whats next ? down the riverbank checking fishing rod lengths with a micrometer , rapid response teams kicking down the front door of knitting circles ?

That's what my last one was like . It spent it's life in Zambia so was totally rust free - 3 years and 30 grand later ...... Now you've got me all excited!! 2jz pah V12,s rock !! Pure music at 8000 rpm !!!
-
This looks indeed a bargain but only in that you would spend half a small fortune to do nicely instead of the full fortune. If he still has it post Xmas I would have it. With Tlc and a few choice upgrades like overdrive and su carbs it would a great folly and I miss my previous E - type folly

Football is now a business , and a failing one at that:how can man city for example pay more in wages than turnover? No suprise they lost something like 120 + million last year. Success on the field seems neither here or there , man u in one of their most successful years on field lost 40 million . "investors" read mugs , lol. With a decline in the economy there will be far less advertising revenue , and dubious if it even worked in the first place ! Do people insure things based on a football shirt advert? Sky sport subscription and pay per view will decline so less income for football . The magic and spectacle of football in my view has slowly declined over the years ,agents, and contracts , backhanders in a business awash with non existent money! Football Hero,s are in the press weekly for dogging and Christ knows what else. Bread and Circus only works for a period of time . The FA needs to wise up !! A business it is not Atm...and for fans to buy into it ..lol

It's a strange world where you can be too big to fail having lost a Gazillion quid , but too small to actually use cash , cos you don't have any . How about we Quantatatively ease the vouchers ? ...no wait
-
And when the property " ladder" turns into. "snake" , with huge long term debts , it becomes a great class leveller .... So we help out these forced speculators ?and the rest well they can have vouchers... So now debt is the new wealth..

"Cut-price Polish workers have been drafted in to help build Britain’s two new multi-billion-pound aircraft carriers, it emerged last night. Experts said it was the first time a Royal Navy shipbuilding programme has required the mass recruitment of overseas workers. Some of the Polish welders are paid little more than £8 an hour for the job. This may be above the minimum wage of £5.80, but it is barely half the £15 an hour paid to British tradesmen doing similar work as employees of the main contractor, BAE Systems. Employers sub-contracted to the job by BAE turned to dozens of Poles because they couldn’t find UK workers with the required skills." Perhaps the locals could sell their vouchers to the Polish workforce on the cheap for cash ? So the once great British shipbuilding industry now cant find any one that can weld? Bet every local kid can use a computer though

25% of the kids in the uk are from single parent homes , in a country where 1 income is seldom enough (ave salary circa 24000 ) average house 168000 ish , so where and how do these people live without Govt subsidies? to get in the top 10% of earners is just over 40,000 a year , even then how do you live and where ? This current crisis will run a long time , many hard working professionals will lose jobs and join the Characterised dole "spongers" Is it fair for example for 1 person to rip into Govt money on a contact making millions upon millions and provide poor service? Fairness is a very perspective driven thing , and many examples of un fairness exist , seen farming subsidies? fair ? The Baby boomer generation fair? Tax exiles Fair? So we bail out the financial sector and banks for billions and reward those that caused this whole debacle , and the rest "let them eat cake " providing they have enough vouchers

"So something isnt right in the world when the people who have worked hard have to fund those who have not?" Really think about that statement !

There are so many "reforms" Government is looking at , such as PAYE changes that force the employer to pay the Govt the employees wage and then they deduct the tax and pay the employee is salary.. All it highlights is the loss of control and cohesive planning that the Govt has , grasping at straws and suck it and see ideas Every action has a consequence and an unintened consequence , most politicians do not seem capable of seeing the unintended.....

http://www.xk180.com/jaguar-xk180-specifications Ive got to admit im strangely drawn to one of these , I wonder if you could do one based on a soarer/supra using its drive train and engine etc
-
History is full of cars they never made, look at the jag XK180 - stunning and unmade, they should do like Nike - "just do it"
-
Rather than get individuals opinions and picking a car , how about actually driving some of them , better all of them , then you will experience the differences. After this go and buy your soarer ....and pocket a few grand

Rain stopped play !!-I expect many such issues as pipes coming off As there are a few stages to the complete project , it makes sense to base deltas from a known starting position . Charge cooling is just one aspect, and kinda removes the lack of real data around for CC s. Some may have already Sussed that pre compressor water meth injection is part of the agenda , but in a different way .......... One step at a time
-
None , due to imminent asset deflation on a grand scale , by the printing of huge sums of money , and a bulge in the population that distorts market values

Still waiting on bulbs mate, tell the camel at the front of the caravan to speed up.
-
There is an advantage with each method air or water , but a balance in using both , recovery times and lower pressure drops It may end up best using the stock sidemount with it's advantages combined with a CC - Data is the important thing at the moment
-
No its a barrel type CC , and controlled by an adjustable water pump with the controller in car to allow adujtment for test purposes - this gives flexibility in instal positions
