  1. Hi guys, I recently broke my HTC HD2 so sent it off for repair. In the meantime, Ive gone and bought myself a Blackberry for work use. The HTC wasnt repairable, so they have sent me a brand new handset. This is obviously surplus to requirements now and need to free up some cash for xmas and for a trip to NYC for the new year. As I said, the handset is brand new. I charged it and switched it on to check it worked ok which it did. I have the original box for the old handset with all the accessories etc etc which are in good condition. In essence, you are buying a brand new phone. It is however locked to O2 I believe, but havent checked any other sims in it, so it may do other networks.... Ebay prices vary from £250 to £400 for a new phone. Id entertain offers around £250 - try me. Thanks John (Ill add some photos shortly)
  2. Bump this up... Small tank has now gone. Offers on the large tank?? Collection only, as its pretty big. (see sizes on page 1)
  3. The way I justified it was 4 useable seats, full tank of super unleaded = £45 and £250 cheaper insurance. Plus its a 1.8 not 3.0. Oh and this car did a 8:50mins at Nurburg. The handing and brakes are outrageous!
  4. Well its been a tough choice to sell the Supra. Think I had a slight tear in my eye as it drove off down the road. I will go back to a Supra for sure, was a fantastic car but next time it will be a TT. Anyway, Ive bought something a 'little' more sensible - insurance and running cost wise plus 4 useable seats Heres some pictures What you think?? Rear Diffuser Gotta keep my little nob warm Big Carbon footprint... Js Racing Scoop One word... Varis Overall very happy with it, just doesnt have the refinements of the Supe, but what do you expect Type-R to stand for...no sound deadening, 30% thinner windows to name a few...
  5. Ive just gone the other way mate. Sold my N/A and bought a DC2. Performance wise the DC2 feels scary - in a good way, the N/A felt a bit lathargic in comparison. So I think if you are after more thrills, then you NEED to go TT. Just my 2p...
  6. Branners has first dibs, followed by Jimojameso. Anyone fancy the rectangular tank for £30??
  7. Branners, you have PM. Any offers on the big rectangular tank? Will listen to offers...

    Knee Trouble

Thanks for your opinions guys. I think at the moment, Im only thinking short term on this, and so really should consider how things may be in 5 or 10 or 20 years time, and how much trouble it 'could' cause. Just going to have to see how it goes tomorrow and see what they say... If I need a season off from playing and have surgery, but long term its going to be ok, then that will have to be the option I take. Just feeling a bit apprehensive tonight, thats all.

    Knee Trouble

Sorry to bring up this post again... I left my knee for a few more weeks, from my original post, and still nothing improved. I ended up going to the local A&E but they didnt want to xray due to it being radiation. And they said its most likely just badly bruised. Basically they sent me home, told to take painkillers if its bad, and if there is no improvement in a few weeks to call back to my GP. Fast forward to today, I went to my GP 2 weeks ago, who had a suspicion it could be liguaments, but wanted to rule out boney damage so I had an xray (eventually). Results came back last tuesday, and the results are that Ive shattered my kneecap into 6 pieces. I really had no idea - and Ive even been playing rugby, paintballing etc while its been like it. Tomorrows judgement day as I find out hows its going to be treated...3 options: 1: leave it heal naturally which could take anywhere from 4-8 months 2: put it in a cast and immobilise it for 6 weeks and see how it goes 3: operate to remove or possibly pin back together the pieces that are broken off. I think nervous is an understatement! Let just say 2010 isnt my year so far....And worst of all, Ive even been named as captain for the 2010/11 season....and may miss it all!!!
  10. Ok cool, gonna keep an eye on this, cant promise anything as obviously waiting for the car to sell, but will hopefully be in touch soon. Can you PM me your best price for the helmet and suit (considering you was gonna do it all to purity for £400) Unfortunalty dont want the boots and gloves as they will be useless to me. Cheers
  11. Im very tempted by this but Im in the process of selling the Supe...so no cash available just yet! I know the boots and gloves wont fit, but Im a 44inch chest and 6'2...do you think it will fit me being that height?
  12. http://pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=22002 Made me chuckle... but seriously who would spend the time and money to create that!!
