Lbm - You can say that again mate Stevie - Ive got the number of my local citizens advice bureau, hopefully resolve something. they said they'd sell it me with tracking done but guess what, had that done 2 weeks ago out my own wallet as realised it hadnt been done

Right bare with me here. I bought my Supra 5 weeks ago from a garage with 1 months warranty. A week into having the car it struggled to start and there was a problem with the brakes, I contacted the garage they said they'd fix it, left it with there garage for 4 hours, no joy didnt fix anything as they cant work on these cars, i said ill do it myself and send you the bill , they werent having it and sent me to a 2nd garage, again no joy so i thought i may aswell get it looked at myself, took it for a engine managment check and got the results, i now have had a further problem with the car and there saying 5 weeks on im no longer under warranty? even though they've known of the problem for the past 3 weeks and messed me about. ive argued and argued with them but now they wont have it as im out of warranty. i have no proof of previously talking to them (as it was over the phone) what can i do or am i screwed basically now

I have something like this on mine :(when i lift the bonnet up to the back of the engine bay you can hear a faint tick, like the tick of a cooker trying to start or something its weird and only does it about 6 times then goes off? only when engine is off and idle

i really need to budget a bit better, saved up some cash then 2 days ago bought some new decks with it, i remember saying to the gf 'pray now nothing goes wrong with the car ive got no money left' new id tempted fate

i like the auto because it leaves 1 hand free to sort things 2. when stood in traffic its easy. 3. you can hold on with both hands as you accelarate to manouver easier just easier and imo better. plus it keeps the engine tip top as it does the best drive for the engine

hopefully if its just the pipe and then ill get it serviced might be ok but if its something major im just going to get it home and leave it there till i can afford to get it sorted. do you all have 2nd cars to run around in because i dont

i bloody hope so, sick of cars and garages. really am. even just considered selling up and getting buses im that fed up of cars at the moment i get no luck. in the past 3 months i had 2 new tyres of pug 306, then new clutch then brakes went so had them done then got told calipers where stuck on the rear pads then needed new exhaust so in the end sold the car and got this supra, 1 month on car is struggling to start, now theres a leak with engine overheat meaning i need it towed away. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!! just gone out to it and its empty again, cant see anything on the floor because its been raining, so get a load of water, fill it up again and look under the car and hey presto!! dripping out all over the floor from the middle of the car, (its on a slight slant so guessing thats y its gone to the middle) getting it towed to the garage near me thats £35 and please please please dont be the HG I get no luck with cars

How can you not trust a garage? there the most honest people alive my garage told me nothing goes wrong with Supra's and the car I was buying was perfect, he'd give me 12months warranty its that reliable. a month later check all my problem posts Dean
