  1. They were CT20's, we reconditioned them, fitted steel shaftwheels and larger compressor wheels. The compressor wheels used were the Garrett T3 55 trim. (which in THEORY can flow over 300hp)
  2. they are c20 turbos in my original casings
  3. WE have no problems when we are running in the same way we have been for the last 6 months at 1.0 bar or so....its only since i tried to increase it for the dyno.
  4. At a guess what would i get when we can increase to 1.5 bar ?
  5. Just for the power increase we spent about 5 k BUT THAT IS BETWEEN US not just for me
  6. So when is the next big meet so i can show you the car and you can see for yourself whats been done ??
  7. The best example is A WRC car which is only 300 BHP but is very dam quick indeed ( when i say quick i mean acceleration )
  8. The best part was if we had a rr we would have sorted this problem ages ago. The guys at Interpro couldnt believe we set the car up on a dual carriage way LOL. they said for that we done extremely well. But they said dont be disapointed at the figures as the boost levels were very low and they would love to see what it will do at high boost levels

That be nice...but you got the wrong idea of this tuner, i modded my car for it to be quick and it is very quick and would do very well on a track with adeqaute brakes....you dont need bhp to be quick do you ?? its all about the setup and i think we got that part right..its just the BHP part was wrong and we look to improve it to around 500 which he is more than happy to do free of charge.
  11. Hopefuly from tomoro onwards ill get help rather than grief as i will choose my wording/figures more carefuly........
  12. he is allready loooking at the car and will be doing the work as of monday and yes it be free.....but realisticaly the figure will be a max of 510

  14. yes we thought that.....whe they were doing the test, at around 5500 rpm the graph would flatten out and they said this was due to lack of fuel....whatever the problem is its a lack of fuel so we will be sorting this as soon as possible
  15. They say we need a second feed as one isnt enough
  16. cheers ......the problem i got is i listened to to many people who hadnt done this sort before and for that I WAS WRONG.....but i think that figure is very good for such low boost and we will be looking to improve this much further. Interpro would like us to do this fuel problem and then fetch the car back to them as they are very interested in the mods and they will then see if theres any mapping they can improve on...
  17. 414 at 1 bar is a good figure and when raised to 1.5 when the fuel supply is sorted im sure it will do much better....but till the retest i wont know
  18. SO I WAS WRONG....but i think we still done well if we can get it to 500 with this extra pump.....we are using a bosch pump 404 or summit
