i got a set of stainless manifolds made for a rover v8 in a sierra for 800 quid. but if your paying the same money better getting soemthing tried and tested. The 1uzfe is really starting to gain a fanbase as a cheap powerful engine. hopefully the aftermarket parts will start to come through

tbh the problem with UK brakes is the scene tax, and the weight. the calipers are fooking heavy. Keep your eye on ebay, a couple of times k sport brakes have been on

90919 02244 coils modified to fit ( buffing down the outsides to fit down the bore) and using some ecu that has 8 ignition outputs, dont go for 4 outputs and do wasted spark, the extra heat will fook the coils quick !

what injectors are they ?

its actually a pretty simple mechanical swap iirc the soarer v8 mounts make it able to bolts right up, and the autoboxes are the same so the mounts prop etc are all the same. the hardest bit i the wiring. and from what ive read it only take 9 wires to get the engine to run ( you wont have any instruments but who needs them )

i just noticed your using reversed manifolds, they wont clear my chassis rails unfortunately already tried that. is this a one of kit you are doing or will you be making more ? if you decide to make more il buy one after crimbo and a soarer to fit it to

Bump. calipers and turbo sold, front brake setup is still here as are wheels.

ive paid up anyway, i will be getting another v8 soarer at some point so i suppose its handy to have got my for sale thread up if anyone is interested

Right ive got a full set of ls400 4 pot brakes for upgrade. the pads and discs have about half their life left so ready to bolt straight on. 150 quid ive also got a pair of ls400 4 pots with the pads buit no discs, im after 80 quid for them. Next up is a holset hx40w, its a seven blade model with a 19cm2 exhaust housing. its in good condition with minimal side to side play and no in and out play. 150 quid for this. lastly i have a pair of Kei D1 alloys, 18x9.5 and et 38, these are in very good condition with some minor kerb rash. there are no tyres on these. a couple of pics, these are the only pics i have. Collection preferred from kilmanrock, east ayrshire but i can post the complete brakes for 25, the calipers for 15, the turbo for 20 and the wheels for 25.

ive not used the forum though, i mainly signed up to buy stuff for my soarer project. Im gonna donate the 10 quid anyway just seems a waste as i might noit be back on for another year
