Thanks mate, I'll probably be slowing down a bit now though as I've got a busy month or so ahead. Hopefully won't be to long though:D

Got my pillar pod and gauges yesterday, the fitment looks very good on the pillar pod but I have only offered it up as we've had the sickness bug doing the rounds at our house just lately:oo

I decided to knock up a turbo heat shield and see how it looks seen as I've got some material 'in stock' and it won't cost anything. Here it is ready for welding today And welded, I'll clean it up tonight. I might spray this bit black though if I'm getting the compressor housing polished. I've gave it a quick clean up and fitted it. If I decide to polish it I'll buff it up but I've left it like this for now in case I paint it.

Mocked it up today. I had a bit of trouble welding the spigot on the manifold and didn't know why then I remembered it has a heat coating system applied to it which obviously made welding it a bit awkward:rolleyes:. Done it now though. I've only tacked the screamer pipe on incase it needs altering when I get around to fitting the engine in the bay. Just need to get my AEM UEGO gauge now so I can weld the spigot on number 6 pipe on the manifold then I can wrap it etc.

Thats great, thanks mate. All the ohms etc is going over my head a bit at the moment so I'll have to get my head around it a bit but I think I understand what you mean. Thanks Paul
  18. This sounds interesting mate and if your pillar pod is anything to go by I'm guessing it will look good:) Watching with interest

Don't suppose you can remember who you used can you mate, I've found these ? Also have you got any tips on the resistor pack you made up to control the flow you mentioned earlier. I can't find any info on how to do this anywhere. Thanks

Started my oil feed at the filter end tonight. This is the bolt drilled And with the nut ready to TIG welded on tomorrow in work So it should look like this tomorrow night then I can connect my oil line up fully. Finished my oil feed this week so I mocked it up. I need to play with the oil line though as I can't get a nice arc in the line and it just isn't sitting right coming down to the oil filter housing. I think it might be a bit to long but I'll contemplate it for a while before I cut it and end up with it to short:D Got my BOV of StuartW on friday. I think it'll look much nicer than the HKS ssqv I had already bought but if not there the same fitting si I'll swap them over:tbup
  24. Great little vid that. Where did you get the Ultimate and harness from mate, was it just plug and play then or did you still have to splice some wires.
