  1. Turbo back exhaust, or UK hoodscoop
  2. Well, as pretty as they were, I've gone with these: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=560980 Kinesis K58-Polished 3PC Forged wheels Fronts are 18x10 w 265/35-18 Rears are 18x11.5 285/35-18 Sumitomo Z-rated tires If I get scammed I will be pissed
  3. From this thread: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=553314 I keep hearing conflicting information from various sources. SSR Professor SP1's Quanity: 4 Wheels Fronts - 17 X 9J + 16 Rears - 18 X 10.5J + 18 What are the problems I would face? I am running stock body and stock suspension (suspension will change)
  4. Update! Supra is now a little bit more British!
  5. Not according to the website though, the fasteneres go into the stock 4 holes, and the scoop goes on to the fasteners. The metal air guide fastens mostly on to the underhood heat shield.
  6. Oh shoot, you were referring to the air guide, and not the stock twins No, I did not get the air guide. I got the 'hood air guide', but not the metal air guide that fits underneath the actual hood, and bolts onto the heatshield. The one I have funnels air down, the metal one funnels it specifically to the 3rd and 4th cylinders.
  7. Oh uh. So you're saying I still need the one the scoop attaches to? Edit once again: this thread might help to other people interested in this: http://supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?p=7077929#post7077929 Seems the air guide is only very recommended in the case of stock twins.
  8. AGh! Bump! I just realized I don't have the metal air guide! I guess it didn't come with the kit And I'm scheduled in the shop for installment tomorrow! What are the problems I/the shop face if I don't have the metal air guide? What are the problems I would face driving the vehicle without a metal air guide? Thanks guys. Edit: Nevermind Seems it will fit without.
  9. I thought it was pretty funny - mainly because I don't like Taylor Swift and her overplayed country bulls**t
  10. Bump for Homer's video! That's EXACTLY what mine sounds like, and I'm very relieved!
  11. Thanks guys. I guess I'll give staggered fitment a shot, with +35 offset. Hope it works out
  12. The spacers are just an option - I use them for winter tires, and could use them for my summer ones as well. I've decided on the Rota Torque wheels in black: http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=45 9.5s for the rear, 8.5s for the front. Now, what offset would I need these in? Running stock suspension, stock ride height, and I do NOT want to roll my arches. Edit: Anyone hear about Rota being crap? I'm getting told they tend to break on you... :S
  13. The injectors are being swapped out as well. The I/C Is good to 600whp, at least on Reg's Supra. I got a newer stock sidemount put in (just incase shrapnel was sitting in there from the ceramics) Thanks for the comments guys. I wish I knew why someone would feed me a rock too Aweegin The car has not been tuned yet - giving it until the spring with a 4500rpm rev limiter to break in the turbo.
  14. Just yesterday I installed my exhaust silencer by hand - i.e. without tools. 50km later on the highway, and it comes shooting out of the back like a turd out of a shotgun. Took me an hour to find it in the grass, and it's pretty dinged up
  15. It's actually Paul Walker jumping Britain in the orange Fast and the Furious Supra
  16. I got Arkhum Asylum for the 360 - played it about 2 1/2 hours so far. 9/10 Easy Beautiful game, unique, and it's just plain fun to punch bad guys into submission.
  17. You got it I absolutely love these things!
  18. That grey ford, second last picture in the first post, what the heck are those called again? I love those cars - the only other car besides the Supra that can do a giant spoiler well
  19. Thanks - I've been looking at black TE37s for a while now, definitely one of my favorites. Why are 19s no good? Are we talking about aesthetics, or geometry?
  20. I'm running stock suspension and want 19" rims, that are black and multispoke (> 5 spokes). Those are my only requirements for new wheels. I'm having a hell of a time finding something like this which will fit a Supra arch nicely - please suggest any rims that you know that fit these requirements. I also have 1" Ichiba bolt on hubcentric spacers which I could use to alter the look. And, what kind of offset would I be looking for? That's the most confusing part! (even after a week of trying to understand charts and graphs about offset).
  21. I use plastix once a year, then I apply car polish with UV protection to the outside every month or so. This is the best I got mine to:
  22. I got mine off of e-bay for about 50 pounds. That was a mistake - 4 months of use and they're already falling apart, and the Supra lettering is starting to fade because the carpet around it is being ripped out slowly by my feet.
