  1. now my injectors are naff , so need new ones as well. oh and cams.
  2. do you need a resistor pack , when fitting low impedance injectors , I can not remember and I need new ones
  3. It should be better for spooling my 88 mm turbo , so I might not have to use nos untill I get this engine settled in for a bit, It has been really hard starting all over again after it was all finished ready to race the next day , now I have got is lots of bits , and nuts and bolts all over the house, garage. car transporter , and in the car , what a mess I hope I don't forget how to put it all back, and it runs first time .
  4. no not yet , paul is sorting my head out , for me but it did make good power on stock about 1400 bhp then bang. I dont think porting would have stoped that.
  5. i would go for a billet 88 , it just looks and sounds better..
  6. nice head that what one have you got ,from there range.
  7. it was a stock head with 1mm over size valves with 280 cams .
  8. I will start with the new engine install today if the rain stays of I still need to work out what I am going to do with the head yet , but the new engine should be ok Carrillo H Beam Rods with Carr Bolts JE 87mm Custom Pistons 9:1 Compression ACL Race Bearings Polished Crank All fully Lightened and Balanced Titan Billet Main Caps ARP Main Studs L19 head studs
  9. did not sound like a 1000 bhp more like 600-700 bhp which any supra will do this If you drive like a knob.
  10. I think there hard for an engine builder to get them to seal nice without the engine getting blow pass ,
  11. Can any one tell me the sizes of the inlet and outlet valves in a TT head .
  12. Nos is can be very hard on an engine . Heat build up.

  14. its not the wheels it the tyres , the tyre's go on the wheels Kaan, you got to get the right wheels so the tyres will go where you need them to be . you dont do a back space on a tyre ,
  15. have a set made in the states , then you could have what you want .
  16. i think a 8'' back space will be good.
  17. well if i understand you right , that would give you the back space that you will need on the wheel yes.
  18. its all about back space very easy thing to work out.
  19. a TRD diff is not the best for a drag car ,its all right, but not great. a 2 way kaaz is far better. you need a large case diff, uprated prop mybe one from the DDshop, single lengh. you could go for uprated drive shalfts from the DD shop but at £2500.00 a pair, you my want to see how you get on first , I have broken about 6 of them so far but that is on MT street radial tyre, A radial tyre will don't have much play in the side wall, so things brake. if you go for a slick tyre there is so much give in the tyre , and that will save the drive train, mybe with only bhp you will be better not with a 28'' tall tyre but go with a 26.5 tyre , you my see better times, but it is drag racing its not easy.
  20. you will need Jspec on , and r888's are no good for drag .
  21. don't think so. depends on bhp and tyre size as well but a trap speed at about 160 would be a high 8 /low 9 not bad.
