  1. These two launches are not very good by any means, But both done at 6,000RPM With a burnout. Any lower than that on that day the car just bogged down
  2. 6000 revs if its a bpu on the strip, and slip the clutch , should get you away, but you will need more power for a perfect launch say 900bhp +
  3. lets hope not , then it would be a problem
  4. I am using this and now I think its great for road and drag Carbonetic Triple Plate Carbon Clutch. This is designed for extreme power as high as 1,500ps. Its half clutch operation is the ultimate in control, surpassing that of a single or twin clutch. The in... Or the HKS triple is a good unit as well , but the biting point is very high, but very solid unit.
  5. mybe your missus is the wrong one , you need one with money, with her own house, that way you keep your car.
  6. your mad . but thats the only way to get your money back, mybe 60 % , on the parts .
  7. no maxed out at 849.9 . but at the pod with more nos I would think it was at 900 bhp with a 140mph 1/4 mile , Will be back at the pod weekend with all the new bits, and ryan has looked at the map again and changed it , so mybe a good run for the weekend.
  8. will be moving onto a 80 mm turbo soon, with more Nos.
  9. Been a while since i updated so this thread so i thought it was time i did so. A few bits have changed on the car since the last update and our as follows; DIY Direct cold air feed on the bonnet, Just need to take it to be painted 5 inch exhaust system Diff support bars, mainly to help with axle tramp 2 speed 13" Kenlow fans light weight strange brakes, With draglites on the front HKS drag coilovers all around
  10. Looks like you are going to build a very nice lump there , will you race this when its done , or will you be a dyno queen .
  11. the small diff driveshafts, will fit the large case diff, I know that as that is what Im running on my car . the thickness is the same from small diff drive shafts, to 6 speed drive drive shalfs 30mm. that is what I have found out in the lat years of drag racing. after changing diffs and drivshalfs all he time.
  12. Thats what i need as mine also have cracks coming i cant see i price for them on the website.
  13. with my 280 cams my 66 spools just like that without nitrous, the 280 cams makes the car rev more = quicker spool.
  14. Jamie i have got 280 cams on my 66 turbo making good power still, better then the 264 i had before.

  16. yes you are right Jamie, mine was at dans 736 bhp @ 1.7 bar, and at srr 1.7 bar it was 744 bhp. and then it went on to 849.9 bhp with a bit of nos but that was only a small amount, as the dyno would not hold the car and tyres spinning , I will find out what the true bhp on my terminals on the strip.
  17. nice turbo Jamie, very good power will be great on the strip this weekend. Are you going to give me a real race this time. I will help change your prop, will also have jacks and tools with me when needed. both cars are about the same power, would be good.
  18. around 850bhp just change the cams,
