Were they even supposed to be driving it if a recovery truck was called to take it away after the owner was arrested. Also I hope he has the mods declared as they will do every thing to get out of this.

Well what can be said about this but epic fail. They seize a evo of a drunk driver, but instead of waiting for a recovery truck they drive of it it and crash into someone's garden. Best one I have seen is 50PRA with a screw in the top of the 0. Which instantly makes it supra.

they are allen bolts, if these are rounded, and are 5mm, use a torx 35 to remove them.
