From the bridge there is no easy way to avoid the ryder cup traffic. The way I tend to go is as follows. Follow the m4 to j35, take the A473 exit to Bridgend/Pen-y-bont/Pencoed. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A473 heading to Pen-coed. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Felindre Rd. Turn left at A48. Take the 1st right onto B4268. Continue onto Llantwit Major Rd/B4270. You will then see the entrance to the industrial estae that its on.

The a449 will be the problematic road as this is where the new entrance is for tthe ryder cup, coming along the m4 from j24 to j28 they have fitted average speed cameras, with a 50 limit. These do work as alot have been caught lately and with the ryder cup on they will be rubbing their hands waiting for the fines to build up.
