  1. i say over greasing, and with the centrifugal force its spread the grease over the surface and this has killed the clutch, i have seen this too many times
  2. Just shown a whirl pool appeared now on sky news, and a fire at a oil refinery thats been burning for a few hours. Also one of the nuclear power stations are having problems with the cooling tanks.
  3. Was watching this on the news this morning, they had not edited at that point and it was sickening watching the cars driving along and then getting hit with the wall of water. Im guessing they have realised now that it was not the best thing to show on tv.
  4. That does not look like the original seat belt clip tbh, looks like its been replaced at some time as its way to high and even looks grey.
  5. As Craig has said I'm getting married on the 9th of April, and the other half has spent £1700 on the dress.
  6. Jesus mate, that has moved round quite a bit from when we marked it earlier. I would go with a genuine oem one if your not looking to spend a large amount.
  7. Can't make this guys, sam has a chest infection thats causing her asthma to play up.
  8. I'll miss seeing her in pieces though lol
  9. Sounds good to me mate. Won't take long to get it done either, I am eager to see what the clutch is like tbh
  10. Will be nice to have them waiting for us when we get there. Backs all ready to go its all cracked and waiting to be removed, front can be done when i get there.
  11. Ok no probs mate. Have the meisters turned up then? or we getting them to the workshop
  12. Tidy, have a drive and see what you think of it, do you want me to bring some gunk down to clean any parts?
  13. Craig I will be down around 10 in the morning, and also have to ring richard at corbeau for a chat mate
  14. Cat amongst the pigeons. In the end of the day, some people had problems with xs in the past so everyone jumped on the band wagon. As craig has already said the track car is driven hard all the time an no problems have occurred with this phantom cracking manifold. 8k to do a proper n/a-t conversion is quite funny as well. Craigs car has cost him under less than half of that, the car does not miss a beat, and running up around 400 bhp. So does this sound like their parts are crap, or more than likely one person having a problem and then it growing into a Chinese whisper to the point where you get warned to stay clear of it. If you are on a tight budget then the kit will do the job that it is need to do. Just use some different oil lines as they are the only let down to the kit tbh.
  15. Will look into that, im on a cost effective clean up of the car. So the lighter washer jets are going and bumper being chopped and smoothed.
  16. Nope, thats a photo shop, It should have 2 huge orange blobs above the lower cut outs in the bumper. Thats just the side lights on the end where im going to fit the amber led's along side them
  17. Yeah side markers will be on the wings. The idea is to do this to the front end.
  18. Cheers for the info Scott, I'm going to be relocating the indicators on the 14a so that instead of orange blobs in the bumper, they will be moved to the sidelight.
  19. Does anyone know the law on forward facing indicators. Is there a certain rating that must be used for the car to pass an MOT. Would it be legal to use something along the lines of this or would it not produce enough light. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sidelight-Pilot-Parking-Light-Bulb-Holder-12volt-/160519157651?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item255faff793#ht_2308wt_905
  20. Info is all here mate, http://www.toyotasprint.com/tss/index.php
  21. Hell of an offer, can I have an emu as well please. I'm still working on sam
