  1. I would say get there for 9am mate
  2. leave it with me I will find out now mate
  3. No only one, in simple terms, it sits on the shaft, when the shaft rotates the sensor turns also and gives a reading to the ecu
  4. You have no need to start randomly searching mate, you have a fault code which leads to the tps, icv. You say you have checked the icv so got to the tps. Its attached to the throttle body it will be on the end of the shaft for the butterfly. You will need a multi meter and check that its working within its correct range. Rather than jumping at each thing work through them one by one, and rule them out. This is the easiest and most practical thing to do.
  5. come to think of it iirc 51 is linked to the tps, has anyone adjusted this at all to try and mask a fault previously. Check to see if where its retaining bolts are there are older marks which will show it has been moved, there is no reason to move it really unless someone has played with it. With it in the wrong position the ecu will hold the revs up.
  6. he seems to have calmed down for 5 so I thought I would have 5 mins of fame before sinking away again
  7. what about the wrong price???
  8. sensor will not alter the heaters mate that would be down to a faulty thermostat or air lock.
  9. Get the car running, find a flammable aerosol spray like carb cleaner, now spray around the inlet and anything that could be leaking, if it is then the revs will pick up and you have an air leak.
  10. What the hell is goig on here, can we not just post meaningful posts and get along lol
  11. engines worth around the £150-£200 mark mate
  12. Its just a case of contacting the original creator of the link Nic supplied and asking if he wants to update it really, to do that you would pm the members on the list and wait for a reply
  13. So you want to do one for just uk cars or j spec as well?
  14. Main thing with vin numbers is that once known a clone of a car can easily be made, police wouldn't be none the wiser even when anpr'd as it would come back as the original vehicle.
  15. Now thats a more friendly register
  16. bad idea imho, first 3 are a give away for car collecting to order.
  17. Glad its sorted mate as craig said we only tightened the front sub frame bolts, have you had the pulley done now.
  18. As said above clock and air vents, with the vents there is a way to mount it so that you can position the gauge like you can with the vent quite simple really.
  19. Exactly, no point in being an Arthur Dailey and doing half a job
