Get rid of the spare wheel, Not too sure about the original sound system as all my sounds are after market so i had no need for the original wiring so it got removed. To add pics i use photobucket and then copy and paste the image code, into the thread.

Pull the knobs off the control panel and you should see some phillips screws there mate that hold them in place, dont quote me on that as i aint worked on a KA for about 2 years lol

I had that problem when I bought mine but all i did was go see a mate at a car sales and lent their letter that allows them to tax any vehicle.

check if they have said in writing that they were supplying a viper and if they hae they aint got a leg to stand on and contact trading standards, and then fit the alarm inside them by your own choice of entry point lol.

is there a module that controls the TC if so take it out and then it has no chance of working lol

Right then after having the car up on a ramp and checking the car over, going sideways has taken its toll on my bushes. So I am looking at replacing the stock ones with something more up to the job. Has anyone had any experience with these before or should I keep well away from them. Has any one suffered with this problem. Was driving down the road to day and had a nasty noise come from the rear end. Stopped the car Put the hand brake on and had a look for anything out of the ordinary. Drove the car to a mate garage to et it on the ramp and struggled to pull off. Once in the air I found the two rear wheels were unable to turn by hand they had locked solid. The diff was red hot so I thought the diff had ceased. I removed the bolts from the drive shafts and the wheels were still ceased. I then stripped down the rear brakes to find that both sets of shoes for the hand brake were adjusted out fully and unable to slacken off. The car had new shoes about 3 months ago for an mot and have never caused a problem until today. So i now have a new set on order.

have a search on here for keron who does the conversions i think its £1700 for the parts or £2300 for him to do the job.

personally, I wouldn't bother if you want to go turbo I would do a TT conversion I'm sure alot of members on here would agree with me saying this. If you have a word with a few members they have done this and im sure it will work out cheaper also.

Im looking at replacing the stock setup as i want to start using the car at landow in the new year. How you doing now mate you better now.

my advice would be stay away, i think you will find alot of members would say this aswell as they tend to brake down over time. I always say buy cheap buy twice.
