  1. Same here, I would have to cut out and weld in, Then grind the welds back. then i would filler it and spray it using a iron oxide primer lol
  2. Same here, If I had a chance to prepare that means a better future for when the inevitable happens.
  3. In that case cut it out and just weld a plate over it and scholtz it. Job done.
  4. The way I would do it would be cut it out and make a piece the size of the hole and weld it in place. Or you could cut it out and just patch over depending on what finish you want. Could you fit a grinder in at it.
  5. How big is the patch and is it close to any seams or is it central to a panel

    Glad to hear your back home on the mend mate, did they give you an idea of whats causing it.
  13. Its the best way for sure as it also allows you to get better contact rather then trying to get a good connection on the little battery terminals.
