  1. Do it recapture the love for the car. Then go single
  2. TT6 conversion, then when you feel like this again, its time for bpu. Then if you still have the feeling after all this, its time to go single lol.
  3. The movement was to the point of less then a mm from fitting the housing. One bonus was the absence of destroyed bearings in the sump and no spatter from the white metal around journals.
  4. I have a feeling that the engines going to be coming out soon.
  5. turbo looks like it was run dry, it has epic movement on the shaft. The drain was bone dry when the turbo was removed.
  6. Can a member donate the metal fuel pump cover out of the boot please. I need one to re fabricate for Lees car.As long as its in one piece it can be used. This is needed to so that I can make alterations so that Lees supra is safe once again. Thanks Gareth
  7. How a bout fitting a fuel filter and re-doing the screamer pipe as thats not been bolted on fully and its in the way. Edit: just woke up and now see them on the list lol, cheers for the pm Brendon.
  8. Not really as if he has lost faith in the company and see them as not fit to work on the vehicle he is within his rights to take the vehicle to be inspected and repaired by another source. As long as a report of the work and evidence is collected he should be fine. I have had to do alot of this type of work in the past. Once a report is put together a duplicate can be handed to the company and they can accept the work carried out is at fault, and then they can offer to rectify this and Lee is within his rights to request the vehicle to be repaired by a third party. They can refuse and then it ends up a legal case and can take a long period of time to be sorted.

    are youa car nut!!!

Iv always been around rallying and brought up with the cars hence my choices, if anyone owns a stratos let me know and I will come and drool over it lol.
  10. from what lee has said hes close to 25k on the car hence the reason for him being so annoyed with the quality of work done to the car.
  11. On the oil drain, all that was needed was to un bolt the housing and turn it and bolt it back up, job done and no need to angle grind it.
  12. So if you paid out the amount that lee has and had the hassle he has had you would accept this and just say its fine no need to worry about anything? I doubt this very much you would be as upset as he is. He was unaware of any of this and believed the car has had quality work done to it.
  13. Plant some bonzai trees around the waterfall part, that would look cool.

  17. Definitely normal, when the clutch engages the engine then has more load from this causing a slight decrease in rpm, Although the engine management should adjust for this slightly.
