look through one of the holes in the hub and you should find it will line up with the adjuster. Now with a screw driver rotate it and thats how you you adjust it.

As for the dash cluster depending on year if its a facelift you will have a boost gauge built in if its prefacelift you aint got to worry.

Changing the vents are simple, remove the panel and they have plastic clips you pry up and slide them out mate.
