Thanks very much - I'm well pleased with the wheels, think they look better than the pictures show - they were quite a mess when i sent them off too. You're right, the K and U do look a bit wonky, it's never bothered me enough to do anything about it... until now I think

Hi, I bought a cheap set of stock 16" wheels a while back, and was hoping to put some winter tyres on them soon. The wheels and current tyre sizes are: Front: 8x16 with 225/50/16 Rear: 9x16 with 245/45/16 I've looked around for winter tyres but they are difficult to find in these sizes and v.expensive too - probably not the best size/profile for the winter either Can anyone please advise me on what winter tyre sizes and combinations would best suit these rims - hopefully this will give me more (and cheaper!) options? Hi, Ordered one the other day (from sparkplugs) too, it arrived the next day and was fitted yesterday - already notice more of a difference than I was expecting, car seems more responsive and runs better, very pleased! Fingers crossed for better mpg as an added bonus :-) Thanks for all great info in this thread, top advice. Tuan

Hi, I'm badly in need of new front pads for my '93 JDM TT, and was wondering if anyone could please help me out by confirming what ones I will need (pots-wise?). Took a couple of pics with my phone, apologies for the poor pic quality - and the filthy wheels I can't see any "Supra" logo on there, but it looks like if there ever was one it could have been rubbed/rusted off! Hoping to try and buy some "fast road" pads from Chris Wilson after reading feedback on here - any help on which to go/ask for would be really appreciated. Cheers, Tuan

Don't know Kenny Brown (sounds good!) but I can happily second the CLCM guy suggestion; made a big difference to my Supra's handling recently (for 45 quid) and really knows his stuff. He will give you a print out of the "before", "recommended" and "after" settings and can set it up to suit you too - very pleased, been going there for years with various cars and will go back.
