    Yeah, I kinda like the original full size plates the UK's came with. I've decided to drive over to wear my car is kept to have a measure up.

    David's polished t.b./manifold set, red h.t leads and maybe paint the strut brace red? Regarding the power mods... I know you're more about show 'n shine so, unless you're going to use the power, it's a lot of wasted money, IMO.

    Managed to speak to Banded Wheels Essex and Zak Williamson... both don't touch alloy wheels. Just waiting on Alloy Weldcraft to come back to me. In the meantime, I think I'll tap up some old contacts who are constantly tig welding alloy on boats to see if they fancy it...

    Yeah, tyres have definitely been a consideration. I know 315's are a bitch after speaking with Steve.m. I was thinking about 305's as, apparently, they're easier to source. I'm currently running low on clean underwear running full bpu in the wet as it is!

    That's the odd thing... there usually would be symptoms. I don't think there's any harm in checking for error codes as the map sensor should be monitoring for over boosting.

    Running out of options for alloy wheel banding. A place in Germany seem to be doing it, but that is going to get costly. . .

    OEM-ish, FTW! .... Although, full bpu + stock wheels + heavy rain is gets a little twitchy. Yes, this!^^ Basingstoke meet is pretty epic. Good location for parking, convoying and the pub does an awesome gourmet burger. Kudos to Dave.

    Surely, it's all in the tune; uprated internals are not a substitute for poor fuelling. Interested in seeing how these turns out. Could be a great option forward for those already at bpu.
