  1. Did you buy this car from someone down the south of England? Bit vague, but I remember a silver Supra with horrific castrol decals at a few meets around 10 years ago...
  2. I had better start buying large quantities of scratch cards. Good luck with the sale Steve. Epic Supra.
  3. Defo worth a test drive. Could well change your mind.
  4. I'd price this at 13k if it was mine and wouldn't let it go for anything less than 12k.
  5. Group for sure. Personally, I didn't mind adding this club as a 'friend' as I felt comfortable with the admin having access to my private life, but in general, I can see where Facebook are coming from with unknown people having access to hundreds of accounts via a club or group.
  6. Cheers Rich. There's a long road ahead so not in any rush... just enjoying having a car I can maintain and upgrade as I go, instead of constantly chasing problems (makes for a nice change ).
  7. Oh... and also found a video of us arriving at the Paul Walker Remembrance Meet. Am I slightly bias if I said I prefer the sound of the Supra at cruising speed to the Lambo?
  8. First Christmas present for Supes: Chris Wilson SMIC. Should help trap some of those horses that were escaping! Picture doesn't do it justice, TBH. Will get some more once it's on.
  9. I have a 6sp RPS lightened flywheel that was bought from a fellow member. Just looking for what I paid for it. Condition - Used. Collection from Southampton. Postage: £10 to the UK only. Price: £200 - Price drop £175
  10. As a signmaker I find the off centre text offensive. Lovely car though.
  11. I bought two new drop links (around a tenner each) and cut the old ones off because they were seized on. If you've got a reciprocating saw to hand, it'll make easy work of getting old ones off.
  12. Boats get winterized all the time and I've never heard of stale fuel being an issue. I wouldn't worry about it, TBH.
  13. Another reason mine is garaged and SORN now. It's hard enough getting traction on stock rims as it is! Take care peeps.
  14. Pretty much the same this year mate. Waiting on a new I.C, rear upper arms need doing before the MOT sometime this month, so thought sod it, nap time.
  15. Nice dude. I kept it on the road last year (nice days only) as I only bought it in October and I would have been dammed if I was gonna take it off the road after a couple of months!
  16. They did, but with the new rules that have just been passed by a judge up your way I take it back. In all seriousness, I wouldn't let it stop me. Midlands meet has to happen, if not NYE, then another time for sure.
  17. Mine is tucked away now.. will only come out on nice days or meets.
  18. Spotted leaving yesterday's Paul Walker Remembrance meet at Beaulieu... (0:50) [video=youtube_share;m4-QiC2NSsQ] Bit of a chav fest, but hey ho...
  19. I've always liked the idea of organising a midlands meet to see if we could get a lot of members together from all areas for an overnight gathering which involves large quantities of alcohol. The convoy up would be awesome and that would just be the start of it. Couldn't think of a better night, tbh...
  20. Cool. If there's nothing happening in the car scene on NYE would any other peeps be interested in a meet somewhere? A group rev-off (JAE 2014 style) at midnight springs to mind.
