Just pulled the Supra out of the garage and fired it up for the first time since JAE so, as a precaution, I always pop the bonnet (after long rests), check the fluids and listen for any nasties. What caught my attention was the sound of a possible heat shield rattle around the exhaust manifold, but as I increased the rpm something else caught my ear and it was coming from the inlet cam. I've attached a video below. It's a whirring sound and if you put your ear to the cam cover, you can hear it's clearly coming from that region.
Maybe I'm being over cautious, but I'd like a second opinion before driving it.
