  1. Wow, that is a BIG difference. Mine is down on boost and the curve is all over the show compared to yours. Thanks Shaz. I am going to have a good look into this.

True. I actually heard it here first.

Freedom of movement from Turkey is bad, bad, BAD. The bunch of jihadi sympathisers are a serious security threat to our country. This will help the 'OUT' vote, for sure.
  4. Its only frowned upon by the UK Supra clique because the colour was common back in the day. Look at silver Supras in the US, they're the holy grail...
  5. Sorry mate, I had a webpage loaded as back up and ended up switching over to it when sport devil kept freezing.
  6. Thanks Sheefa. For the sake of dropping in some bigger injectors, I guess it makes sense. Just putting the feelers out at the moment. With swopping out the injectors & resistor pack, aftermarket ECU, I may consider a small single set up. It will probably be determined by what is out there at the time.
  7. Thanks guys. Sports devil saved the day.
  8. No worries Shaz, safety first. That'll be great if you can when you get the chance. It would be nice to see a comparison.
  9. Apparently its normal as the turbo loses efficiency the higher up the rpm.
  10. Any recommendations for the PPV Frampton vs Quigg fight tonight, peeps?
  11. I'm thinking about going with a set of hybrid twins and aiming for around 500bhp. Am I right in thinking with the UK cams and injectors I should be covered on the fuelling side of things so it would only be a case of getting a mappable ECU to go with the twins?
  12. Very well put together video.

France, Germany or Spain are not members of an additional union and have not been harping on about controlling their own country compared to the Scotland vs England issue. If your example was more comparable, and they were (for arguments sake) pro-EU in this scenario, I would also be laughing at them.

Oh, no drama. I wasn't treating it as a personal attack. I was merely curious as to where this narrative was coming from. Nail on the head. As for the Scottish independence lot, they're just sick of being in England's shadow. They want independence, but the reality is, they would suffer alone - so here comes this fantasy that they could be part of the EU whilst being 'independent'. Its quite sad, but amusing.

Exactly, it's going to happen anyway, so why should anyone in England care? Because it will speed up the process? Personally, that can only be a good thing. The sooner you lot make your mind up once and for all, the quicker we can stop hearing the constant whining. The problem lays within the eyes of those who do not see the UK as united. You don't want to be part of the UK so you're making this about England, and contrary to your beliefs, there are in fact English folk who wish to stay part of the EU. Sure, and if I stated the opposite it would merely amount to the pair of us speculating to push our agendas. I'm not sure if these blanket statements are aimed at me or towards all the 'outers', but like I have previously stated, an EU exit would be for many other reasons other than immigration.
  16. That'll be great, thanks mate.
  17. Thought I would bump this thread as I want to run this discovery by people to see what everyone's thoughts are... I noticed the car was smelling a bit rich again and boost levels were a bit inconsistent. Today I pulled the MAF sensor, gave it a clean, went over the boost hoses and tighten them all up and it seemed to make a difference. First pull was at 60% on the boost controller (5% gain): Notice how the boost hits it's peak and then starts to drop off? Second pull - 65% boost 5% gain Last pull - 69% boost 5% gain The boost was dropped off again, but seemed to hold on steady after the gear change. Now, am I being a numpty here? Is this quite normal is it is something that needs tweaking in the boost controller? Any help would be appreciated.

You said with the growing support for independence a second vote is inevitable. It took it you meant whether we stay in the EU or not? Just be honest, you want to make this about Scotland vs England and on that note, I revert back to my previous post - put up or shut up. You're right, its not just about the out-of-control net migration into the UK, it's also about leaving a plastic democracy were unelected officials decide what happens within the UK. The UK, just like Norway and Switzerland will be able to negotiate it's own trade agreement. At this stage the pros and cons are more speculative than factual. I am not sure if I am the one who has been influenced by either side of the mainstream political spectrum here. Even though I was just a kid, I remember similar arguments when Michael Heseltine and his backers wanted the UK to abandon the Pound Sterling in favour for the Euro. Look at how that would have worked out. I don't know about anyone else, but it feels like the UK is the tent being p!ssed in by the EU, and it stinks! The EU can p!ss off elsewhere, if you ask me.
  19. IMO, get rid of those vac lines and put some decent thick rubber ones on. Are you running a boost controller?
  20. Great thread. I currently have the BMW 420g waiting to be transplanted into the Supra. I'm still not sure whether to go with Gryodrift or PMC for the adapter plate and flywheel. BTW, how do you line up the transmission input shaft with the back of the crankshaft (pilot bearing)? (I've also just noticed Gryodrift also use this picture)
