  1. I hear what you're saying. I just don't like increasing the engine load/output while running the stock breathers or a system restricted by the PCV valve. Still haven't decided whether to keep or delete the charcoal canister so it'll either be mounted there or I'll find somewhere suitable.
  2. Thanks Frank. Looks a good fit for the job.
  3. In the process of doing an EGR delete so thought it would be a good time to look into a catch can while I'm helping the engine breathe. Any recommendations for tidy/easy fitment?
  4. Is the crank pulley for a GE engine? Not sure if there's a difference...
  5. Yeah, the rattles reports were from the early street kits that had a different clutch set up and steel bell housing. The Tilton twin sprung disc set up along with the aluminium bell housing has quietened it right down apparently. From what I've seen in videos, it seems to be the case.
  6. Only things left to do are bleed the clutch and connect the prop now. Loving the stock look to this conversion. Think I'm going to have to get a new ashtray now!
  7. Howdy peeps, Looking to change my cam cover seals, but my local Toyota cannot find the correct part number? Are there any other seals that need ordering when doing this job? Cheers.
  8. This video is for a T56 swap, but contains the info you need around the 3 min mark.
  9. 90% done. Things left to do: Fill with gearbox oil, fresh antifreeze for engine, connect speedo and bluetooth module, fit billet shifter, new manual surround, GR gear knob, bleed master cylinder, fit manual brake pedal. Job done.
  10. They lower it around 25mm. It's a nice height, not overly low. My car sat on them.
  11. I also have tein lowering springs all round if interested.
  12. I have some that I could get posted out in Monday to you. FYI, they're from a UK-Spec.
  13. I think even that saying has it's limits lol. Ah ok, cool. I'll look into them as they'll do the job just fine.
  14. People need to calm down with these stupid prices. I think I'll look into removing and modifying my one... Wouldn't be hard to scan and reprint the dial deleting the auto gears.
  15. Edit: SOLD Swapped to 6sp so no longer needed. Will give a little clean up as appears my cam cover seals need replacing. This box has done 107k and has never given me any issues. Located in Poole. Willing to travel reasonable distance to meet halfway. £300
  16. How much?! No longer on Facebook. Car parts is probably the only thing I'm missing, tbh.
  17. Thanks dude, I didn't know that. I'll edit the post now.
  18. It's been a while, but thread update time... Big thanks to Ibrar @Speedwells for the refurb on my SSR Professor's. Along with the new centre caps they look lovely. Can't wait to fit them. Also, sat in the garage waiting to be fitted next week is a Grannas Racing 700a kit. It consists of a Tilton ST246 twin disc clutch good for 1000bhp so the trans foundations are concrete now. After years of researching and pondering over 6sp swaps, I've concluded the GR 700a kit to be the best H-pattern 6sp available for the MKIV. Plans this winter include a repainting 3/4 of the car as I have an annoying scrape on the roof that needs sorting. I might look to pull the engine too for a refresh in preparation for going single next year.
  19. As above. Must be in perfect working order. Must be from a pre-facelift TT.
  20. I believe Burner did. I'm not sure if he was running too much boost or boost spiking, but I recall him telling me it ran a bit lean.
