I hear you guys, I have no problem killing 3-5 people at a time, but anything more is a bit of a struggle. I think at least once in an evening I'll get the crate drop thingie, predator missile (boom - that's at least one person dead) and then I get a harrier strike. Job done. Maybe I should get a collect all the kill streaks, save them, die a few times and use multiple airstrikes, predator missiles UNTIL I hit the nuke.

Hmm, I'm going to see if I can get away with sticking the wireless connector from the PC into the Xbox. I'll personally be happy just with my 1-prestige and then...the Nuke. Just one Nuke and my life will be complete.

Daniel Radcliffe and pretty much the whole cast of Harry Potter - child actors can't act. Seriously what are you going to do after HP? Continue poking out Horses eyes? Or go the way of Mark Hamill and do a few minor parts in rubbish films and end up as a cartoonist. 6. Samuel L Jackson - Seriously the man feels the need to either shout or make some sort of biblical statement. Bugger off. 7. James Wood - weak, weak WEAK actor. 8. George Clooney - seriously can't stand him and as he gets older he just seems to be ending up in more obscure movies and looks like sh*t. 9. Tom Cruise. I can't stand the upty little squirt. It's like he's on crack all the time. Yes. I won't be on for a few days - house hit by lighting - router and everything that was connected was fried - funnily enough it seems my PC was saved only because it was wireless. Doesn't help with the xbox, though

I would recommend it. In fact if you haven't played any of the previous Fallout's give them a go. Again, really good story in all of 'em, it doesn't take it self too seriously, a bit on the adult side and some of the references in Fallout 3 would make more sense. I think you can get Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics as a bundle for a £10 these days. But you know what does it for me....? The narrators voice. Has been the same guy since day one. "War..........War never changes......" - The opening and closing statement to all the games. Poetic. Anyway, I've drifted a bit. Graphically it's beautiful. The environment isn't as big some games but I think it would take you about 20 minutes to jog from one end of the map to the other. Lots of weapons - so many ways of dealing with a situation, i.e. talk, shoot and I'm quite sure f*ck you way out of a bad spot. The perks are well balanced and it's just great fun to either go in guns blazing or do the timed-bullettime kindof kills. Blowing someone's head off has never quite been so satisfying* Only downside is there isn't a multi-player side to it and if you can get the addon packs. *since Soldier of Fortune 2.

Only to add my two pence! Best game for me was the original Mech Warrior. Gawd I used to love stomping arround in a Battlemaster. In fact, I could list my childhood favourites, I mean come on - Starcraft, the Monkey Island series, Syndicate - anything by Lucas Arts (Day of tentacle, Full Throttle, Sam and Max, jedi knight, etc) My God, I would give anything to relive the rich satisfaction of these games. In those days I would finish the games and think sadly. Oh well. It's over. To this day I wish they'd made a sequel to Full Throttle and even day of the tentacle. They made some episodes for Sam and Max but it simply lacked the wit, voice acting and cleverness of the original. I'm hoping to find my inner child with the new Starcraft. Get some closure.

I think what you should do is set up a loaded double barrel shotgun (2 barrels to be sure) on a chair, tie a string from the trigger through a pulley to the door handle. Set it up about crotch height, so that when he opens the door... 'BOOM and bollocks are gone!' Hopefully it will be so agonising he'll throw himself in front of the next available car and nature will take care of the rest. Just make sure that at least one person is in the house and only set it up in the evening when you're sleeping. You don't want to walk in after work and take your own balls off. That would be silly. Alternatively stick the shotty in the ground by the doorstep hidden underneath one of those innocent looking bronze heating grates. Exhibit A.

I remember when I had a bat in my bathroom about a year ago. at about about 1am. Walked in to turn off the light and suddenly this thing flew in. It was moving so fast but staying clear of hitting anything - it was just a blur! I promptly ran out screaming like a girl. I thought at the time, that it was either a massive f*ck off bug or a bird. And they have beaks to peck you with. Built up the courage to go back in and when I could focus on it - I realized it was bat! Awesome! I grabbed a bed sheet and tried netting it. I think on the third attempt I caught it. I realised I had got it when it wasn't zooming round the room and promptly started to carefully unbundle the sheet and there, sitting in the corner of the sheet was my breakfa- I mean, the bat. Tried to take some picks but they all came out blurred. I was also worried about using a flash on the blighter - disorientate him/her/breakfast? So gingerly picked it up, shouted down to see if anyone wanted to see this awesomeness to which I got an expletive reply back and a stern recommendation to retire to my cot. I gently put him down on the edge of my roof before closing my window and fell asleep. Thrilling stuff handling a bat - wish I'd had the foresight to take a picture of it dangling off something or flexing it's cute little wings on the bonnet of the Soop like some sort of hood ornament! Amazing pictures.

Ahh well my Welsh brother from another mother, they are all on the threads and for most part have all taken part in a game. Again, when I was reading through the threads earlier today. We've got a rich mix of peeps. Some with the map packs, a good core of 'anything goes' but also a good group of peeps who like to play Hardcore, noobs and veterans, a like. All good really. In fact, I would say that our more self proclaimed nooby players are getting good....or at least better.
