  1. Tis true - Sky beat all the others by £120. £730 for modded 93 N/A - I'm 32 with 9 points and only 1yr NCB Confused.com gave me 40 prices, all over a grand, and another 40 companies who wouldn't insure me Cheers Ollie KaiBosh
  2. I would really appreciate it if anyone has any ideas about this problem with my newly-acquired 93 MkIV N/A: Driving around, everything fine, then suddenly the power steering will switch off, the speedo will drop to 20mph (actual speed unaffected) and, bizarrely, the odometer will clock up kilometeres at the rate of one every 15-20 seconds even when the car is pulled over. Generally if I switch it off and leave it for a few hours it will return to normal. It may all happen again after driving for a bit but often doesn't. My mechanic reckons £200 for an investigation and repair (he says it's likely just a faulty switch or relay) but I can think of many, many things I'd rather spend my £200 on. Anyone had anything similar or can tell me where to start? Cheers, KaiBosh
  3. This one's mine. TBH the one in the poster wasn't as good. But the background was a LOT more glamorous than this [GRIN][/GRIN]
  4. Mid-80s. I was given a poster featuring the brand new MkIII - the one where it broke away from the Celica and became its own car. I looked at that poster and thought "It WILL be mine. Oh yes. One day, it Will Be Mine". 22 years later and I got the MUCH nicer MkIV. But every time I get behind the wheel I feel 10 again.
  5. Morning all, So the Supra in the poster on my bedroom wall when I was 10 finally made it to the parking space outside my house. Thought I'd crash your party and annoy you all with stupid questions. Hope that's OK. KaiBosh http://photos-c.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-snc1/v347/247/9/622202610/n622202610_1385722_6329.jpg
