Hello, I've seen it before as you have. I have it on my 1997 Toyota Supra, but not my 1995. Its the bumper insert that sits in front of the front mounted intercooler on the turbo model (or radiator on N/A). Is this a piece that can be purchase and installed on a 93-96?
