    Ebay selling

don't see an issue at all so long as she knows and is prepared to accept any feedback following your sale, my family use mine to buy stuff all the time, but with selling something I would just get her to proof the ad before it goes live just so no one gets upset if there are any issues with the sale/post sale
  2. Hi mate, I bought one from import car parts the other day and one from automotive bearings limited, see pic below, they are both identical in every way, same markings, numbers, writing etc....I literally cant tell them apart! ICP is the cheapest place to get them from, £49 if I remember rightly! I have attached a picture of both! I don't know but they must obviously buy from the same source, just arrived in different box's! I have not fitted them yet, but they are described on a reputable traders website (who also sell them) as, and I quote "a huge saving over the Toyota item and top quality" so that's good enough for me to give them a try. Hope this helps.
  3. Always good to read threads like this car looks great BTW
  4. That looks lovely, must have been a tough decision to put it up for sale
  5. got this front crash bar ready for when I put the new stock front bumper on later this year or whenever I get round to it, it was very tatty but just picked it up from the powder coaters........pretty happy for £10......although no one will ever see it
  6. in fact yes it was clifford I just check my forum garage for the spec, been that long I forgot! They said they only do Cobra and Laserline now though
  7. Cheers J, yeah Incartec in York, they did my last Supra as you probably remember but i have a feelng that was a clifford alarm!
  8. I'm getting a cat 1 alarm and immobilizer fitted in a couple of weeks. The company I'm using fit Cobra or Laserline and they asked which I want.... They say they are both pretty much the same so either will do the job as good as the other. I'm tempted just to go with Cobra just because I know the brand, does anyone have any experience with either brand or have a recommendation for what I should choose and why? All I expect is alarm, immobilizer and remote central locking which both will do. Thanks for the help everyone
  9. Glad to hear your keeping it, stunning car
  10. That,s a beaut and I think you do right with the pricing, worth every penny IMO in the current market
  11. Cheers, yeah I know about the pics, hoping to have time to drive this weekend so will get some then - - - Updated - - - Thanks mate, hadn't seen them on a Supra before so was a bit worried
  12. finally! car will be back on the road tommorrow picked up my OEM scoop today from the painters and got it fitted! I managed to get all the parts I needed except 2, 1st being the 1st mount for the scoop and 2nd being the mesh. I solved the mesh problem buy buying some alluminium mesh and cutting and ftting it myself with some epoxy resin type glue......simple The 2nd problem was the 1st scoop mount is discontinued, there was a guy in Oz who 3d printed some but they were £80 each plus shipping and I coudnt even get hold of him to see if he still does them anymore, I then had the genious idea of buy another of the 2nd scoop mount which is still available and cutting it up into pieces with the old dremil to split it into two parts to mount the front of the scoop with (there is a bit of playing around to get it to line up but its worked a treat) anyway, pics.......paint match seems ok in this light but no doubt it will look different in sunlight I bet
  13. so got my new wheels on, have gone with black center caps for now (although don't think you can see them in this pic) hell of a different look which I'm getting used to Once I get the scoop back and on I'll get some better photos
  14. A boost controller would be your first stop, with a few supporting mods to take you to BPU it will make an amazing difference to the way the car drives, the search function is your friend
