Nice one Dean that's pretty good going considering the state of oil and gas in the uk just now. I've Been trying to get offshore for a while but there's no chance for new starts in the current climate. Good luck whatever you do mate. -

If it's around 04/05 year bikes can I suggest the Gsx-R 1000 K5. It's was the best package bike for that time and for a couple of years after that it was still the one to beat. 1000cc and packed into the frame size of a 600. I owned one for a few years and it was one of the best bikes I've ever owned and never had an issue with reliability. 97mph in 1st gear top of 3rd was about 155 and it just begged for more. They used the K5 as a platform for the new Bmw 1000rr.

Don't have much experience with 125's my first bike after Doing my full test on the 500 was a Gsxr-750. What i do know is you will get the bug for it and want something bigger very quickly. Biggest thing for me apart from looks etc was those skinny tyres. Just didn't have any faith in them in the wet. You will pick up a Bandit or a Fazer pretty cheap and they are comfy if it's just for commuting.

it may be a diesel but at least it has a piss wee turbo lol. If I could afford an na bud I wouldn't mind having one again.

I've decided since I've no Supra to spend money on I'm going to bpu my truck haha. Ecu upgrade, EGR delete and de-cat it. Supposed to good for an additional 40hp. After this it should be a mighty 138hp Go the Derv!!

Mine had 166k on it when I sold and still a beast. If I had the option id have kept and seen just how many miles it could do.
