You're right I think it must of been something the Alarm guys did but the fitter's boss came back and looked over it and said its fine, the trouble is it started fine when he looked at it, I think i'll take it down the local garage and see what they reckon and then give Matt a shout if they dont know. Hi Guys Can anyone throw some light on the following - just bought 98 N/A had it 2 weeks and it always started ok, then had a cobra alarm fitted and since then I have had problems, sometimes when I start the engine it barely ticks over and if no revs are given it conks out , other times it starts and ticks over fine. I rang the guy who fitted the alarm and he said it wont be anything to do with the alram fitting it must be something else, it just seems a bit too coincidental that its never been right since. BTW once its warm no probs on starting. Any ideas ?? many thanks in advance. Paul

Snowman - I'm based in Swindon , used a company called 1st Vehicle Security last time and they are based locally so any probs I can get them back, I'll give them a bell and see what they can come up with. Hi guys New Supe arriving soon so I'm gonna need a new Imob/Alarm , have a Cat 1 Cobra fitted on my current Supe and have had no probs for the last two years but it is basic. Would'nt mind one that tells people to back off if they get to close so can anyone recommend anything else and any idea what cost I am looking at ? Cheers in advance Paul

Al - Crazy that I've not seen you around, I'm over in West Swindon though thats perhaps why, only other supra I've seen in swindon was a white one about 2 years ago........ perhaps we can get together and go on a supra meet sometime. Mark - Thanks for the info , have spoken to various motorsport places today and they all recommend if I want more power I should look towards the tt which I am seriously thinking about in the next few months anyway, think I'll save the cash til then.....
