Tony, you must have a cmm in your quality department....get them to check valve guide to seat concentricity. I would rule out dodgy machining first.

The 400M is a turboprop, we machine the pylons that attach the engines to the airframe as well as shed loads of other parts.

Upgraded the software on my 3gs last week, the only issue I had was that the piccies in one of my albums (not camera roll) went really fuzzy, otherwise all is ok

I left home in Macclesfield for work in Manchester at 6am this morning the roads are gridlocked so I turned around and went home.....just got in now, 20 miles in four hours

I would say at the bare minimum you will need a different gearbox (W58 will suffice), so if you say 3k for it all, and you wanted 5k for your car originally, I dont think you would get anywhere near 8k if you needed to sell it on quickly. Have a good think about it.

You will get mixed reviews about using the W58 with a TT engine, I was using one with a T61 single at 1.2bar with no issues....whilst others have reported failure on BPU TT. I dont know if failure is down to driving style or just luck of the draw.

I will say 340 fwhp, my smaller T61 was making 285 at the wheels at 0.35bar

Yes spot on from what I have read, thats why I never went for the 6 puck. As Caseys has said not much difference in feel between the street item from RPS and standard. Part number was MS-22522-ST from the MAX series. http://www.turboclutch.com/

Try a RPS clutch (not the six puck) the one I had in my old supra held 1.2bar just fine.

No difference was noticed on a NA-T with the butterfly removed. Why not buy this off me http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=85709&highlight=big+intake it will fit the original throttlebody.
