Sorry for the hijack but I am also looking for a respray soon sticking to the same colour boring common silver , I have a budget of £3500 is that gonna be enough , it's mainly outer body as it is 21 yr old paint but inside the doors could do with some treatment where people have closed the door on the seatbelt . I had my dash lights done by Heckler his work is top notch I am thinking of asking him to be honest also he is in this country haha, though I need to know if he can incorporate a fog light into the led cluster?

Hey mate yea it was on their was a few supras there not sure if they're off the forum though bar mine some nice motors turned up and some wrongun's seems the fashion these days is air suspension on cars and having it as low as it can go not my thing really as it can't do much for handling. I left quite early though as some people turning up later were getting a bit rowdy with their motors but early on it was good though people were sticking to there groups and I was on my bill haha. -

Anyone going to this could be up for meeting some people off here finally say hello in person -
I like a good movie wasn't sure about Pompeii it was like someone thought hey lets take gladiator and dantes peak and stitch them together, and Keither Sutherland as a Roman chancellor seemed strange the fx were good story was a bit cheesey. Recently watched the grande hotel budapest which is weird I strangely liked it though million ways to die in the west which if you like Ted movie you'll like this if you didn't then you probably wont, and Bad neighbours which I had low expectations of but it was ok few funny moments easy to watch when drunk haha.

Yea had a quick nosey saw the clips but no screws for the bottom of the door card, they had them for a VW mk2 golf though . Cheers though mate.

Morning gents got a pretty basic question , noticed my door card screws at the bottom are rusted and a bit nasty looking, now is it worth re-ordering some from Toyota or can I just get some similar type threaded ones in a chrome finish from the local DIY store I am guessing they go into a plastic lug behind the card so type would not be detrimental, sorry for the random question just wanted to double check thanks in advance. Si

Just an update gents after a few phone calls the car is now taxed and sorted all I have to do now is hope I have not messed to many people around and I can go and pick it up tomorrow. All I can say is thank god that is over till next year haha, Chris I am hoping my brother will be a gent and bring me to yours tomorrow morning if thats okay sorry for the messing around, was just a bit of a shock when the dvla say your car doesn't exist, thanks for all the tips and advise

But these days dont they just check the database for everything on your car? and if the car dont exist they wont do it surely. cheers Si

True friends haha an hour stuck in the lift is grim the only thing that could of made it worse is if their was loads of people in there farting course you never get stuck when their is a super hot girl in there haha

Haha liking your style , I don't think local dvla offices exist anymore they closed them all at the end of 2013 B@$terds I can see them making me re apply for a v5 and taking forever to come through the post..gutted

oh great just found out the Manchester DVLA office now no longer exist WTF getting really annoyed..
