Anyone got a pic of the Chris wilson downpipe ??? My exhaust guy is going to create a taper from the top ofthe dump, this should help? The restrictor i used was just a 2.5" gasket...this could have broke?

hey guys, yeas i still have the cat, but its a hi flow metal cat. Not restrictive at all. Its the mid cat? The one that sits in t he middle of the car. Thorn not sure what they broke, my mechanic fixed it, something on the actuators maybe?? Also yeah 2 rings one before the cat and after. They are 2.5". Going to drop them down to 2.45"

I started off with an NA Supra, then a TT Supra, then a turbo SW20 now back to a TT Supra... SW20 was great and awesome to drive, until i started to mod it, it became unreliable. Not practicle at all. Im definatley sticking to Supras now.

hey guys, Cliff notes: Stock turbos, dump pipe, metal cat, cat back, trust intercooler Bought car, boost spiking to 2 bar. Figured out Jap guys disconnected something from wastegate. fixed it, but still spiking to 1.7bar Fitted HKS EVC6 boost controller..did nothing bought power fc and tuned it still hitting 1.7 bar and maxing injectors out so put 2.5 restrictor in exhaust before and after cat, car is a bit laggier but boost gauge is showing 1.4bar..and engine light coming on borrow hand controller off friend..knock is at 10 but injector cycle at 100%! After we put restrictor in, didnt retune it, if i get it tuned again will this help? Thinking get some timing pulled out and hopefully tuner can control boost..fucking hell everytime im ready to hit the track a problem arises. Should i put a 3" restrictor ring? I have read heaps of threads here, alot of info, but can you please comment on my situation thanks. Cheers

I hope you guys arent just being Biased, judging by Gazboys avatar, maybe not Next Friday i have a track day, and a friend has an E46 M3. His got breathing mods, such as exhaust, headers, ECU, some suspension, semi slicks, and fixed seats. Mines BPU, Power FC, Cooler, full exhaust, tein ss (Too soft), semis. I hope i can beat him haha.

Mine is leaking too, i just top it up every now and then, but I really do need to fix it. Its none of the hoses, i think its the actual rack. Does anyone have a DIY on replacing it??

Thanks. Yea, problem is, car runs lean, AFR at around 12.8, not healthy, especially as I want to track teh car. I think the only solution is the restrictor ring???? Will i loose much power with one on? Anyone have a picture of it? Fizzle, Im in Sydney, bout 5 mins from the airport. Hi guys, we found out that the owner in Japan tampered with the wastegates hence the crazy spike, fixed it, but it still spiked. Got an HKS EVC 6, didnt help, then i put a power FC in, got it tune today and made 280rwkw because its still spiking to 20psi.... Now its maxing the stock 440 injectors out, making it run lean. Is there a link where i can get the ring? Also my mods are: Full 3" exhaust, Dump Pipe, Metal High Flow Cat, Trust Intercooler, Trust Cat Back. Thanks!
