My car is 1997 JDM Supra 2jz-gte
it's full BPU
has fmic, exhaust, DP & MP, MINE'S ECU, Dual intake, boost controller...
we all know that JDM 2jz-gte stock turbos are known to overboost without stock catalysts
I really really want to remove the restrictor ring as I don't like the idea where there's just a 50mm hole for exhaust :s
What if I modify the stock wastegate hole? make it bigger, it's only 26mm in diameter and it can be modified to about 35mm

the question is, WILL IT REALLY HELP ?
I don't want to use the restrictor ring because I think it restrict an exhaust and I'm loosing some power (Am I right?)
oh and I know I know
it's too much hassle
but I'm on vacation and have plenty of time so it won't be a problem removing/installing stock turbos
