  1. If he does, do you think he should spray it? That would really make me "chukkle".
  2. Spray the underside. That way, you've blended it with the rest of the car, and you know you've sprayed it but nobody else does.
  3. Such as Michael's idea of killing it with fire.
  4. Agreed. Although reports today suggest that isn't too likely - the phrase "permanent eye damage" was bandied about. Looking at this - http://www.dawn.com/wps/wcm/connect/3b0d21804efdc7d4a14ab7561e3bac8a/FMMM_REU_600.jpg?MOD=AJPERES - I'm not surprised. Shame, as he is a cracking driver.
  5. I wonder if Hattori Hanzo still makes them...
  6. Lbm, do you prefer epees or foils?
  7. Without meaning to be pedantic - wasn't this weekend's GP in Hungary, not Austria?
  8. You mean a la Bruce Willis in Die Hard: With A Vengeance? Although I don't remember him fast bowling any beans or sardines at gobby muscleheads
  9. Didn't you see from his earlier post? The Supra owns Carl. Must be one hell of a machine
  10. I'll take Bourdais' replacement, whoever he may be. EDIT: I'll NOT take Bourdais' replacement, as he wasn't even in my original selection. What a pleb. Me, not Bourdais.
  11. Absolutely amazing. I would love to witness this. Marc_p, I salute you. Bow in your new found adulation, and cheer if you will.
  12. That is terrible. No wonder I left them 18 months ago. There are some real numpties in the banking sector.
  13. Erith, for my sins. If you've not heard of it (as I never fail to be surprised at how many people in Kent have not heard of it), "just outside Dartford" should suffice

    Redundancy

Well, lucky for us both - according to your avatar, you've already got a handful of balls as it is. Even if I WAS tempted to ask you to assist, I couldn't anyway
  15. Silver, stock looking, red calipers, came up to the Erith roundabout (the "plastic fish" one) twice between approx 7.00-7.30pm on Monday. I was in the kebab shop, waiting for my mid-power-cut dinner.

    Redundancy

Update: I have now been offered an interview for next Tuesday, so I will squirrel myself away and brush up on my interview skills, as I've not had a proper one for almost five years. One proper interview after twelve weeks of being out of work is a "good" ratio.
  17. I've never played it, but I'm a quick learner...
  18. Continuing the theme I inadvertently started... acid for blood?
  19. It'd certainly take care of the mother-in-law.
  20. The more spiteful side of some people might suggest that someone confronts the "mother-in-law" and tell her to buck her ideas up or it would be a crying shame if her adultery were to become public knowledge. Nobody, male or female, should be allowed to get away with ruling with an iron fist in that manner. The question is not WHETHER anyone should stand up to her, but WHO should do so.
  21. Isn't that the mantra Cpl Hicks and Lt Ripley adopted in the Aliens films? That didn't work either
  22. We never had one of those. I must have been the only person around who could never quite grasp the concept of this game. Seems so simple nowadays, but it completely bamboozled me when I was younger.
  23. That is excellent news. Obviously you don't need straightforward common sense advice from twerps like me, but really go the extra mile for those first jobs - a good first impression will go a long, long way.
