  7. and before anyone says something about it looking like a gear lever handle i can assure you its not, would never fit a hand brake as the gear knob comes in at the base.

  11. thought id bump this up seeing as the induction kit is still available. open to sensible offers
  12. thats right i had a rad with autobox buit in, the pipes for the powersteering cooler and i had one little cooler in the passenger front air scoop. this is what i thought was connected to the hydrulic fan system. just i want to replace all the little coolers with a mocal cooler when i fit it to the supra. i have already replaced the rad and auto box cooler. so i need one for the power steering, i could o sworn the soarer had one come off the engine for the engine oil.
  13. there is a fan cooler as i removed the system, the fan had its own oil system, i guess to keep it running smoothly, and it ran to a lil cooler, well from what i can remember it did. so the engine it self doesnt have a cooler for the engine oil? there seems to be a lot of oil lines that come out of the engine, jst wish i took pictures of them all first.
  14. Quick question for you all. just to clear up any confusion in my head. Some of this will come across as obvious to some but just want to check. The soarer has a Radiator, auto box cooler built into the radiator, air con rad thing, power steering cooler, oil cooler for the fan oil system and one for the engine oil. is this right?
  15. out of interest which company did you use for a custom prop?
  16. ok cheers, how much would you want for one?
  17. i cant use a manual, got an issue with my leg
  18. im already on soarerworld.com cheers
  19. iirc? what happened to the post earlier saying its the same box? from what i understood the prop from the supra and the supra gearbox match up to the soarer engine. then its a case of wiring.
  20. i have a pair of powered mirrors in silver. painted just over 2 years ago and taken off the car a year ago. £120 pair delivered. cheers
  21. ignition system looked ok. i was thinking about ripping it out this morning but like someone said i would rather have it up and running first. gearbox wise im keeping it auto using the autobox from the supra much like thor racing did. from what i believe its a case of swapping the bell housing.
  22. i tried a few things today and its still doing it. these are the things i have tried: disconnecting the MAF sensor checked timming checked error codes (the only error codes that came up link to the MAF. we reset it by taking out the fuse and putting it back to reset it hoping it would tell me the MAF sensor still has an error and it didnt so im guessing the original error was only due to me disconnecting the MAF in the first place.) so im now going to try tommorow disconnecting the plug to the gearbox to see if it is the gearbox telling the ecu to cut out. long shot! and also wire up the fuel pump directly to the battery to see if that could be the problem (bypass).
  23. would be if i hadnt already removed all the pipe work ect to get to the spark plugs.
