  1. Top job, I'm gonna try and get mine back looking like that, they haven't survived well after 2 winters (for some reason they get really caked in grime at the end of each spoke and it never shifts fully) How did you manage to get in between where the rim meets the lip cos it's quite tight on my alloy and I'm not sure what to use (i.e a ruler with a cloth wrapped round it or something)??

    Boost low?

This has happened intermittently for a while now. I used to get around 0.96 bar (I have a 1st decat) but recently while on full acceleration it shows 0.66 bar initially, dropping to 0.51 bar at which point it changes gear I'm thinking it's a loose hose somewhere, but what else should I be looking at? Thanks

    Possible meet up

That would be bluecoup - above I'm definitely up for a meet around North Norfolk, as long as I'm not on-call at work, it's all good
  4. Aw bless, I hated putting my cat down as she was only 11 and had cancer - worst thing is we still have the mum who is fit and healthy at 15 years old. I was blaring like an idiot when I went to the vets 25 years is a damn good innings though
  5. It's about £5 per lb when you get it filled so £50 a bottle sounds right
  6. I've got someone local interested at the mo, but if any other locals wanna pick it up for Jamie then it's yours
  7. Putting this up again as no-one brought it last time! This kit includes everything you need to install nitrous in your supra. The holley website gives a list of what is included but for those who wanna know facts and figures, it has all the wires, pipes and 35/50/75bhp jets http://www.holley.com/05130NOS.asp I will also be including a lot of extras that you would otherwise have to buy, this includes a bottle heater, pressure gauge for the bottle, and an illuminated (blue) arming switch The bottle (10lb) will come empty but I can recommend a good refiller in the Norfolk area http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/439/img0454zm8.jpg http://img385.imageshack.us/img385/423/img0456ei5.jpg http://img385.imageshack.us/img385/4779/img0457zr9.jpg http://img385.imageshack.us/img385/966/img0458sf1.jpg http://img201.imageshack.us/ifs/6915/img170/4/img0459bi0.jpg I am asking £175 ono, and I must specify collection only - I cannot arrange a courier to collect it and will not be in if any buyer organises their own courier. Sorry guys
  8. I didn't know he was doing them for £150, according to MarkR they were close to £200: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=2681227&postcount=16 Plus only 5 or so were made, so they are rare which will put the price up, and this one has been painted as well by a bodyshop. If you factor that in to the equation it will put the price up If you think it is too much, make me an offer.
  9. Bump with lower price. Had a bit of interest but no commitment from anyone yet
  10. It seems this is the general consensus! I have no idea how big it is - would it be suitable for my work? :D
  11. Back to the top as I haven't had a PM back from the poster above yet, and I'd like this gone
  12. Dunno if anyone is interested, but Streetview updated today with 99% of the UK covered now, awesome
  13. Actually what about this, just having 2 lights (assuming reverse is left as normal), indicators are inside and brakes are inside, lights on are 2 outside rings (each side)? (I borrowed your pics heckler) http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/5974/fit1hm.jpg
  14. Thread bump (only found it from the other thread) I'm sure I've seen a picture on here of a supra that only had 1 light (far ends) on the back, and the rest were smoothed over, but I can't find it now A cool idea would be to maybe have the reverse lights as normal, and then just concentrate on putting indicators/brake/lights on in the far ends. This would give you more LEDs to play with on one PCB as you aren't worrying about the reverse aspect.... then just smoke the lights fully. That way you don't see the reverse unless necessary (and it won't detract too much from the look as they aren't on often), and you won't have to worry about filling in the remaining 2 holes as you won't see it due to the smoked effect??
  15. Bump slightly reduced price, offers taken
  16. Sub provisionally sold, amp still up for sale.
  17. No I haven't test fitted it, but I put my roof in over the weekend with everything else removed, in preperation for the sub box, and it is clear the sub would be too high an angle and too far forward to get the roof in as well. The ones on sale on ebay (magic boxes) have a much lower angle of mounting so most of the bottom of the subs fit under the roof panel There is literally about an inch of space between the edge of the roof panel and the back of the seats, so not enough to fit much in there! If you wanted to make one for aerotops, I would think that if you just reduced the angle of the sub so it sat more under the roof panel, it'll be fine. You could look at the magic boxes to get an idea of what I mean
  18. As per MarkRs thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=210705 I have won this off MarkR and paid him, but after looking and measuring it seems that it's not going to fit in my supra along with an aerotop roof MarkR still has the enclosure ready to send out to whoever wants it, however as I have paid him, the winner will need to pay me Asking £230, I am making a loss but it's my own fault for rushing to buy it!! You can PM MarkR to confirm all details Stan

    Real or not?

It's real, same idea as this I assume: http://www.virtual-laser-keyboard.com/demo.asp
