  1. All PMs replied to. Like I said, there are still a few people who will fill up US bottles (including one near me in Watton if any Norfolk folks want it), but I know people prefer UK bottles, hence the low (IMO) price
  2. I've seen a few recommendations on here to get a sandwich plate when fitting oil pressure and temp gauges... Now my question is that I used to have a pressure gauge that had quite a large in-line pressure switch that fitted along a pipe, obviously if I brought the same type of gauge again it wouldn't go in the small fitting on the sandwich plate, so what gauges come with the correct fittings for the plate? Cheers
  3. 1. supraGZaerotop 2. seanduffy123 3. captainchaos (but far from a standard one) 4. Chazuk only just bought from andyc 5. alaing 6. Luxluc ( euro-spec aerotop) 7. AndrewOW 8. markssupra 9. RobUK 10. NeiltheFidler 11. Stan
  4. Long Beach Blue Pearl (originally found on NSXs) Bayside Blue (found on Skylines)
  5. Had the roof off but it was bloody cold, so it was a windows up and heaters on jobbie!
  6. ...and you brought a supra because...... :d
  7. I guess they have generic adjusters and just make the dials fit individual cars, because not every car will have blank switch plates or holes to fit the adjusters
  8. Yeah it was the active spoiler switch, I'd pressed it by accident to turn it on but of course cos it has been removed it showed up a fault, but panic over!
  9. These look good, might get a set for mine. Any tips or diagrams on how to wire it into the dimmer as well then?
  10. What sort of price are you looking for? (no idea how much it is all worth)
  11. I have no idea what I'm on about!! co-incidentally I was sampling a 29 year old Dalwhinnie last night, expensive (for me), and 57.8%, which might explain my lack of typing skills!!
  12. Should be good, I've got a Glenlivet 12 and 15 in my collection, the 15 is from their 'cast' collection and has a wonderful taste as it was matured in french oak casts, so it ends up having a cognacy note to it. The 12 is still a lovely dram, both a quite 'mild' to me, which is how I like it as I'm not a peat fan and prefer lighter whiskies
  13. Hard to do cos of the angles and colour match, but this should give you an idea: http://img297.imageshack.us/img297/4853/supravm9.jpg
  14. I've got a ball end allen key like this: http://www.tool-net.co.uk/p-316240/allen-4mm-ball-plus-ball-end-long-arm-allen-key.html Handy as you use the short end to loosen the bolt initially, then the long arm with the ball end allows you to undo the aero bolts at an angle (with a regular allen key, I found the short end kept scraping on the roof lining when undoing the bolts)
  15. I brought the 4 LED ones and they were slightly blue tinged and didn't exactly match my HIDs, so I got some 9 LED ones which turned out brighter and whiter, and I managed to use the 4 LED ones in my rear number plate lights as they are the same fitment
  16. It was removed by the previous owner when a stillen front was fitted, and yes there is a kmh > mph converter in place as well. I don't know about the ECU still being there but I would guess it is. I know I did press the spoiler button a few times accidentally when I thought I was turning my slip control off the other night, so it could be that. I will press the button and take it out for a spin to see what happens, and look for the ECU as well. Thanks for all the help!
  17. Right, last night I took the car out for a spin, and on the duel carriageway (of my private road ), when I went just over about 90mph, the red triangle came on. Nothing sounded out of the ordinary, so I pulled over and switch the car off and on again, and it went out and stayed out for the rest of the journey (all under the limit this time) On the way back, on the same bit of road, it came on again when I got to a similar speed, and again went off when I restarted the car, and was fine the rest of the way. Now from searching it seems it could be brake fluid level, but it wasn't flickering like it does for that; or auto spoiler (which has been removed) but the light didn't extinguish again which apparently it should. So, any ideas?
  18. I would have thought ScratchX would have more cutting ability than PlastX, but I haven't got my cutting grade charts to hand Either way, if you end up with more swirls after removing the haze, use a fine polish to buff those swirls out
  19. Rain X make a product designed to stop misting inside the car http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/Store/Product/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=518 Going from how good Rain X is, I'd say that you could do worse than giving that a shot
  20. Check out my garage for pics of one of these kits fitted. £45 is a good price, I think I paid $70 from the states when the exchange rate was really good
  21. Yep, those 'custom' graphics are an exact rip off from the ones that Redline put on their Skyline, which I posted a pic up of here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=2082522&postcount=33
  22. Yeah I have an hour, but then I start at 8 and finish at 4.30 so still do my required 7.5 hours
  23. Nice, I have these in 18", didn't know anyone else had them on here
