nothing like a healthy agurment to keep me entertained.if id just gotten a link to engine mods for the car apart from supra store i would have looked into it myself that would have been easier.

im delighted im causing so much trouble bring it on.

i know its quality cos im driving people nuts and i love it,the reason im being so stubborn is cos im being told what i could do but not being shown where to get it.i should a link to supra store and the parts and was told there shit.how was i to know that and i havent noticed a post with a link like it yet,all im hearing is theres no mods for 2000grand for a na supra yet im on a supra forum.only some people have tried to help me which i will again thank just wouldnt mind if there was a link to go with there info thats all.

right im not trying to argue with any1 if i saw this thread and knew what kinda mods for £2000 the person could get and where to get them my simple ans would be you can get this or that and heres the link to em thats all i wanted to hear.i dont wanna talk about insurance cos thats not what im hear for.the only reason it came up is because a tt conversion was mentioned and it just went out of contol from there.i have listend to some people advice saying put nos in and something else,i said thank you for that advice how isnt that listen.im trying to keep it on topic and keep saying this but insurance keeps being mentioned and smart remarks.ive only seen a few people actually post something that would help me with the engine mods and i said thank you for that.im hardly gona say thank you to the people keep throwing smart comments and keep going on about fraud and not helping me with the q i first asked.

@kav i never said isnt wasnt fraud did i.and as for the engines mods the simple reply would have been,youll get this for £2000 and heres the link if you want more power this is what it will cost you and this is what your looking at.but some of ye couldnt just say that and said get a tt then when i said about insurance you went off the rails about fraud when i didnt even say id go ahead with it.this is just being blown outta the water.

i suppose the bigger the power you want the more cost you to get that extra bhp,it does cost serious money even to get an extra 20-60bhp outta your engine.

well all im asking on this thread is links to a good site that will sell engine mods for the non turbo supra and what ones i could buy with the £2000 i have.

any way back on topic,so theres nothing i can really do with 2grand to the engine as it would be a waste of money do ye think just leave ti the way it is.

lad no1 gets caught for it here,you dont realise how easy it is to do as the cops dont have a clue about cars over here about engines.my friend got caught speeding before and they looked at his insurance in his colt it said 1.4 and he has an evo 3 turbo 320bhp engine in it,they still didnt cope on that a 1.4 couldnt do that the speed he was doing.they just saw his insurance and tax and asked no qs thats the way it is here.

im well happy with that quote as i told them i will be taking it.my friends are shocked and suprised that i even got qouted its all about age over here,once your over 25 your ok but even at 24 you cant get quoted and are lucky if you do.whats insurance like over there?

if insurance wasnt so high then wouldnt have to do it,im gonna stick with the non turbo and just do a few engine mods id be happy if i got 250bhp outta it.

in a nut sell my insurance is 1000euro full liscense 1.4 306 if i get a non turbo it goes up to 1700 with a diff insurance company and even my own insurance company wont quote me on a non turbo.i rang every insurance company in irleand and my own to get a quote on a tt and only one quoted me 4500euro for the year.now can you see where im coming from.

see insurance companies quotes here are crazy and young felles cant get insured into high powerd cars so they just by somehting like a honda civic 1.4 and throw a bigger engine into it and say nothing,loadsa people i know have engine conversions done here and dont tell there insurance company as there mad for for bigger engines so they dont care and the guards here are thick as 2 planks and wouldnt know a engine transplant if it slapped them in the face.

as i said this is my first time getting a supra and i already said i know nothing about engines supra store just looked good from what i saw but know i know there shit thanks to ye,see im learing already so give me a chance this is all new to me the whole engine thing. as for the turbo conversions lads i live in ireland it works different here there no way id tell my insurence company ive a turbo my insurance would sky rocket.insurance companies here hate jap cars or anything fast.if you own a non turbo supra here your lucky if you own a tt your god at meets and must have money to burn.

so just simple mods to the engine would probably be the best thing to do.

ha ya i dont think id be able for a tt yet its a big enough jump from 90bhp to 237bhp and to be honest our roads are so shit over here you cant go fast anywhere.i dont speed anyway but im sure when i get it ill gradually want to go faster and faster as im driving it and get used to it.

I wish man ha im from ireland im lucky im even getting quoted on a non turbo here.you have to be 25 in ireland to get quoted on big litre cars im driving a 1.4 pug 306 with a full license and im 24 and my insurance is 1000euros.its costing me a extra 700euro to get insured in a non turbo.i tried to get quoted on a tt but no insurance company will look at me here they just laugh and think your mad.
