  1. UK spec front bumper (unable to post overseas due to size) needs a rub down and paint, collection only Durham area. Toyota J spec original Head units and CD multi changer, not sure about this:- never seen working, never installed, you'll be taking a chance on this, but it's cheap...very cheap if you can collect, Just taking up space and cheap if you collect.
  2. I know it's the wrong time of year to try and sell, but I'd rather it went to a club member so I'll give it until mid January before trying Pistonheads. Cheers, All the best guy's Chris.
  3. As a project for me it was just about finished, the few bits still on my "To Do" list are:- 1. Underside of car blasted and re-under sealed (£350) wanted but not needed. 2. Engine bay clean up and some deatailing work, (Nothing OTT) 3. End cap needed for drivers top door seal. 4. Replace Oil filler cap with original. After that just drive it, clean it, enjoy it and lots of TLC
  4. See original thread, List keeps growing.
  5. Long story but paint job is good but did a bit of damage removing parts prior to painting so can't recommend.
  6. OK, Deep breath, I’m thinking of trying some thing different, so testing the water with a view to selling, I have owned this car for the past 4 years, in that 4 years the car has covered only 10k miles, it’s never been “off the road” but I work away from home and only used on the nicest dry days, hence the little use. In this time I have spent +/- £4,000 and maintained it regardless of cost, I can list some thinks from memory but sure I’ve missed as much again:- 1993 Black UK spec 165,000 miles, engine is sound, no smoke and pulls like a train. Engine is standard with no modifications Serviced by Toyota past 4years, prior to that patchy history. £1500 Re-spray in original Black (glass out) New glass head lights New leather interior in original cream Fuel lines Brake pipes Diff cooler and plumbing Diff oil seals Discs Callipers Timing belt Wheels & tyres (still as new) 10” rears (Lexus GS sport) Speed sensors for active spoiler Digital clock with outside temp Various switches replaced Original head unit with x6 CD changer Starter motor Cobra total closure alarm (Bridge 4100) Bonnet release cables and catch's New Bonnet scoop (27 parts) original damaged while being removed for paint. New aerial New rear shocks The only non standard items are:- Wheels Front grill Oil filler cap High level brake light That’s it, looking for £8500, any less and my next project will be out of reach and I’ll keep her, best be quick if you’re interested the next dry day I’ll be out in her, and you all know I’ll change my mind. More Pictures in my album.

  8. I have had this about 5 months now, took it out of the box to have a play and charge up, back in the box within the hour and still there now, very impressive gizmo but just no use to me, the kid's will love it. Chris.
  9. If it dosn't go this time think I'll drop kick over the back fence.

93 UK TT Supra (back to stock in 1 hour)

1993 UK spec Supra owned the car for 4 years now and have pumped £1,000's into her, original spec apart from grill & wheels, nothing that can't be un-done in an hour to bring her back to factory standard, Engine un-touched.
  14. Another example of how difficult it is to find a "Standard" UK spec car these days, Pity.
  15. This is getting silly, please accept my apologies for my rudeness it was totally uncalled for and unjustified. Can we stop now ?
  16. In my experience everything is open to negotiation on price, my top tip is not to start these negotiations by accusing the seller of “taking the piss” on the price listed, this will without doubt put the seller on the defensive and negotiations will end even before they have started, the only looser here is the buyer, remember the seller has something you want or you wouldn’t be talking in the first place, and the seller will always have another buyer come along.
  17. £20 postage was just a guess including insurance, the item is very cheap so if I score a couple of £ on the postage "so what" Don't you worry about the postage cost because it won't be posted to you! at any price. Sick of people wanting for fuck all, you want something you pay the price:wtf:, simple.
  18. Nichol End in Keswick Friday 11th Sept Black M Reg UK spec parked at entrance to boat yard, standard looking nice car, nice to see original example, kudos.
